It was directly off the I-65.

Had looked forward to staying at a La Quinta, however- Room: Floor was filthy dirty. Dropped towel came back black. Facilities:cheap modern Desk personnel: not very sociable. Property: Trash visible out back in parking lot See above

Air conditioner was working very well. Kept the room cold all day and night. No issues with room or staff. And breakfast was very good. Bed was very nice. And slept very well.

Hot water in the shower didn’t work, multiple towels were either dirty or stained, plugs by the bed didn’t work.

Made the reservation one nite in advance . Had car trouble and couldn't make it to Franklin. Neither La Quinta nor Hotels would help me out. Asked if reservation could be transferred to Bowling Green La Quinta. Refused. Lost the fee.

Posting to seriously correct other reviews! Almost cancelled after reading them! Certainly was no Ritz, but we found it quite up to standard.

We will stay again just for the salt pool and hot tub. I’m sensitive to chlorine and it’s hard to find a pool that’s salt and then also a hot tub !

Clean room, check in was amazing, breakfast you better just go to cracker barrel or another breakfast spot but the pool and hot tub made up for everything else

Breakfast was the bare minimum. Hotel has seen better days, but basically clean and staff was very nice. Pool was indoors and stayed packed. The shower floor needed a Clorox cleaning.
