La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Nashville Franklin

Price was good. Lumpy beds. Air unit made odd noises. Shower dirty. Overall not bad for $75.

The room was spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable and so was bedding and pillows. Didn’t use pool or hot tub or gym but staff was exceptional and very efficient and kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, we got down to breakfast about 15 minutes before they closed but there was no rush and some items were no longer available but kind of understandable to us given when we arrived. All and all, very nice and great place to stay. We would go back next time in area for sure.

The guy at the front desk was nice and very friendly. but the hotel, the building itself needs lot of updating and cleaning to do. it need full renovation! I will not go back.

Very nice roomy hotel room great air conditioning

Good price for a quick one night stay. Could have been a little better maintained but the room was excellent. Pool was freezing cold.

The pool

While linen and counters, sink, tub, bathroom floor were all very clean, the carpet throughout 95% of the room could simply not be cleaned because old rough stain areas were all over places. That carpet needs to be removed. It is damaged beyond repair.

There are several broken doors on the first floor. And there is a the ge real back entrance door which is also broken which poses a security issue.

Weight room wasn’t open, bathrooms by the pools weren’t working, and the “queen mattress” were full size, not queen size. BUT the staff was super helpful and so kind! I would stay here again because of them!

This La Quinta is extremely rundown. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the rooms were not stocked with towels, soap, a lightbulb was out, the air ventilator in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the toilet seat was extremely loose and the gym was closed down .

There was tons of odd characters roaming. Took my kids to the pool many men came out and watched my little girls. Went in immediately. Did not feel very safe.

Nice, clean room at a good price. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

This hotel is really good as for a mid priced hotel. I love being able to walk to Cracker Barrel to get a bite to eat or just for a coffee.
