Best Western Franklin Inn

Checkin and checkout was smooth, breakfast was decent. Overall well maintained property and the room was very clean and highly recommended for no-frills stay.

Great place that was walking distance to a WaffleHouse. The people were friendly and the facility was clean.

At first glance it looks like a property that is renting by the month to locals.

Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options: fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, toast, pancakes, oatmeal, cereals, plus hot eggs, sausage, and potatoes, with fresh milk and juices. Room was cleaned, breakfast was prepared daily and was good, the staff was friendly and provided a great atmosphere, greeting you each morning either outside or inside the lobby with a good morning. Second time staying at this hotel and it is wonderful.

The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious the pool although it looked inviting I couldn’t get in it, but it was really nice.

Great overnight stop for travelers. Safe location, plenty of amenities nearby, and safe area.

The front-desk staff was very friendly. The room was mostly clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were able to park right outside our door, so taking our luggage to our room was easy. A bonus is having a Waffle House right next door. While the carpet had been vacuumed, it needed to be shampooed. It was filthy. I made sure to keep my socks on when walking around.

Staff was great and very accommodating at quickly providing a new room at 6am when halfway through my shower, the entire bathroom flooded! My family and really appreciated the courtesy of staff. Standing barefoot in approximately 3 inches of standing water only half way through shower at 6am. Trying to get ready to take granddaughter to medical appointment and having driven 7 hours the night before.

The cleaning lady was nice .

The breakfast was simple, clean. and the staff was great at keeping it clean and stocked. The pool and the play ground were nice. The speed bumps in the parking lot. I know it made it safer.

The room that we stayed in was retaining moisture, causing mildew.There was a very distinct smell in the air.And when you walked across the floor your feet would get filthy, dirty, black. Every time i stepped into the shower, I would leave black footprints.Also, my wife had a brand new pair of light green sandals.And she wore them around the room for the very first time.And when she took them off, they were black on the bottom. The pillows were the worst pillows i've ever used in my life.They were totally worthless and about half the size of a normal one. O won't stay there again.

Close to the interstate and restaurants very close and quiet.

We were only passing through and stayed one night, but the room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was quite pleasant.

Bed was comfortable; the usual Best Western amenities were fine. The room smelled bad, although it generally looked clean. Guests should be aware that the doors open directly into the parking lot, and by 10:30 on this Friday night, parking was very limited and we had to walk a distance across the parking lot to get to our rooms. Lots of good food options nearby, and generally felt like a safe area. Morning desk clerk was much better at customer service.

Floor was disgusting and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We also killed about a dozen spiders in our room.
