I've stayed here several times. The staff are always friendly, there are lots of tasty breakfast options provided, the location is easy to get to. Close to a grocery, Dunkin, Waffle House.

My husband & I have stayed at this hotel several times as we travel to a card/collectible show in the Franklin area. The location is great. we have never had any issues. The rooms are small but plenty big enough for us.

Room was way too small for two people one queen bed. Only had one towel in the room, though when I went to the lobby, they gave me two more.

A solid “good enough”. There was hair in the shower when I got there and I could tell the floors weren’t cleaned. Although the bed and other things seemed clean, I of course couldn’t help but wonder. When I arrived, there seemed to be multiple trucks/construction vehicles staying there in the parking lot which made me wonder if it is a sort of trucker stop hotel. The front desk staff were helpful, and the location was very convenient. The pool is right near the highway, nothing to write home about. As a single woman traveling, it raised some flags- but overall I was able to work around it. For the price, it was good enough for a four day stay.

Always a good price but this stay was just okay. Both outlets either side of bed didn’t work (had to use one connected to a lamp) and no shampoo, conditioner or gel soap in the bathroom )all containers were empty) is 10 pm at night so I didn’t.want to walk out to reception to ask for more (that should already be done! )

Hotel was clean enough so to speak. Very dated. High traffic area. It is a hotel that opens onto the parking lot so privacy is limited.
