Candlewood Suites Nashville - Franklin by IHG

Very comfortable and clean room. Outside seating areas were pleasant. Morning coffee bar was nice to have. Good location to access the Natchez Trace Parkway, and downtown Nashville.

Great place to stay overnight for a concert. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and nice. It’s not brand new so expect some normal wear and tear but good for the price. The only real complaint I had was there was no way to use streaming networks, so I had to watch TV with commercials which I hate. Just be prepared to do that or take your Roku.

This was an amazing property. On the newer side, and maintained well. The staff was superb. Very helpful from my first phone call to the property, to check in, during the stay and upon check out. 5 stars all around. Nice kitchen, separate bedroom. Very quiet in general. Plenty of fast food and a waffle house within walking distance as well as a grocery store and dollar general just a couple blocks away. Only take away was not on tho hotel but on the department of transportation. Coming from the interstate the property access is very easy,but coming back from Franklin and the historic district theres a concrete median divider that forces you to drive past the property and do a u-turn back a 1/4 mile. In a 4 door truck that was a bit challenging actually. All in all... 5 star property!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They get 5 stars. The property itself was just ok. Inaccessible except from 1 direction of the road, so lots of extra driving. The room was clean but the carpet felt icky. Wished I had brought my slippers so I didn’t have to stand on it barefoot.

I had a wonderful stay. Mary, the young woman at the front desk, was terrific. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and highly accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

Ina is amazing! The friendliest person I've ever met! The room was large, clean and comfortable. The lobby was a great place for us to gather as a group and play pool.

The staff were all super kind and helpful! The fourth floor hallway was super humid, hot, and smelled like baby powder dog shampoo or something. There was a very gross smell in our room when we walked in and I turned the air down low to try to filter the smell out of the air. It lessened a bit and we went to sleep. When we woke up the first morning it was quite strong again. I used the kitchen sink to rinse out my water bottle and realized the smell was coming from the sink. The garbage disposal was completely full of rotting food.and that is where the smell was coming from. Ran the disposable with soap and hot water and it went away. The dishes in the cabinet were also very wet, and the dishwasher was also about half full of dishes, so I reran them when we were checking out. Overall it was fine, but the location makes it very difficult to go anywhere without making u-turns on a busy road, so all these things combined, I wouldn't stay here again.

The handicap room was a very nice layout. Still could have used some kind of curtain in there.

Area was grwat for us as we were just in town for one night. Only about 30 minutes from Nissan Stadium and downtown Nashville. We normally puck a hotel that serves breakfast; this one did not have that option, but several fast food option close by.

Your front staff is exceptional! I felt very welcomed and Ina was an absolute delight! After a long day of driving, she was a real breath of fresh air. The facility was clean, easy to find, and within walking distance of many businesses.
