Stayed for one week while attending school. Jackie was excellent and took care of everything. Hotel was close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops and more. Everyone I met was kind, great experience.

Great price for the stay! Loved the free laundry service and the ability to cook our own meals and not have to eat out the whole time.

Hotel staff were great, very attentive, and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and clean. Due to the area parking was difficult and limited.

Amazing stay and all the accomodations were met by great staff who didn't only deliver on the basis of their job's duties and standers but they rather delivered their services out of a truly genuine sense of care and diligence they offer to their guests and the family like energy really does get across to the guests

I’d like to that Jackie from night shift and Aina from this morning for their outstanding customer service. Whenever I come back to Franklin this location would be top choice for me.

The ladies at the check-in desk were FANTASTIC! Friendly and funny which was welcomed after a long road trip! The room was SUPER nice! One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Great pillows. I know that probably sounds silly but when you travel a lot its important to get a good nights sleep! One of the best parts for me was the shower amenities were Dove brand - which is what I use at home! So nice to not smell like a conference hotel after a shower. I would highly recommend you staying there.

We really enjoyed staying here. We have stayed here before and love it. It's always clean and fresh. The staff is excellent. We love Ina, she's the best.

My stay was very good...love the full size fridge and large desk...although the recliner was nice it needed to be fixed...and the toilet paper roll kept coming off but I would Def stay here again

Room was clean, but there was a little mold on the bathtub. They text and asked how everything was, if we needed anything, and they brought an extra blanket. Kitchen had everything we could've needed, and we loved having the icemaker. Laundry availability is a definite plus. Bed is a little firm for my liking, but we would definitely stay again.

Would not recommend the property do to one factor, while waiting to leave for a softball tournament I grabbed a drink and went to pay for it, the man at the counter asked if I wanted to charge it to my room or use a card, I replied cash and he took my 3 dollars. The next day while checking out I was buying some Tylenol and I was asked the same question and I replied cash I was informed that the property was cashless. So where did the money go?
