The staff were excellent as in friendly. However the room when we entered in was not vacuumed. I could see food particles under the desk and around the bed. Yet, when we needed a bag or extra towels the staff was accommodating. The pool was perfect for our family. Also, the breakfast was pretty good. Overall, I give this stay a 4 star. I appreciated the friendly faces. We will be back.

Very clean rooms everything was very good all but the bed was terrible not comfortable at all definitely need to do something with their beds

The complimentary breakfast was very good and the swimming pool looked great. The downside to this hotel is check in was chaotic, my bed was as hard as a rock and the bathroom floor wasn't clean. There were also no towel racks or hooks in the bathroom.

The hotel is centrally located on Washington St, right down the road from the National Museum of the Pacific War, and downtown. It's close to everything, but just far enough to not be "busy" all the time. The surrounding neighborhood is great for walking, and my wife and I walked several miles in the area.

Nice clean and safe. Only issue was that the hot tub was lukewarm. I was really looking forward to the hot tub after a 10 hr drive. The little water slide was also locked off and my boss really wanted to play on that.
