Peach Tree Inn & Suites

No one greeted me when I walked in and had to call someone over to check in. We arrived early and were able to check in early, which was nice. We were put into room 33 at the far back end of the property located behind a storage unit business. Entering the room was like a throw back to the 90’s. It looked like all of the furniture and what few accessories they had came from the Goodwill Store. Mismatched dishes, threadbare towels and cheap bedding. Pro: the room seemed to be clean. Con: The note on the AC said it would freeze at less than 70 and the room never cooled down and felt humid. The pool looked like it had algae on the bottom and we never saw a hot tub. The continental breakfast looked comparable to what you would get at other places but we didn’t try anything. When we checked out, we left the keys at the desk and the woman never even looked up. There was a young get man on the property that was very friendly. And the day we left it looked like the pool was being cleaned. The ice machine worked as well. Would not stay here again, however it was adequate for a one night sleep.

Very clean. Rooms close to the street have traffic noise. Some rooms have lights outside that stay on all night.

The biggest issue, however, was finding cockroaches in our room. We immediately requested a different room, and while they accommodated us, it completely ruined our comfort and confidence in the property. With some renovations and better attention to cleanliness and guest experience, this could be a great place to stay. As it stands, though, we won’t be returning.

It’s conveniently located near Main Street and has a covered parking spot. However, the place is somewhat deteriorated, and the bed was not comfortable. Overall, it was okay, but it’s not a place to get a good night’s rest.

Very limited the breakfast menu, and no place to eat. Pet-friendly 100%.

No deep cleaning done in rooms. Dirty in bathroom. Bedding was old and worn. Very limited staff. Breakfast offered was stale muffins awful. Pool was not maintained and an oily film was floating on top. I always look at the rating on properties and this hotel was definitely misrepresented. Old, Old, Old and the room rate was expensive for a hotel stay of this quality. Would not recommend this property to anyone.

Accommodation was clean and well equipped. Location great and staff super friendly. Only complaint was that the mattress was hard and uncomfortable.

Clean & comfortable rooms

The actual property is outdated. There is NO hot tub, NO bbq sites. Carpet in the room was filthy and smelled funky. It was a lock and key kinda place. Not keyless entry. No Dinning Hall that’s listed. There is an amazing restaurant down the road from it tho. Recommend that place! Never got any response when contacting host. Cheap okay place

Staff was rude when I checked in . The shower head looked like it had mold! Staff is not welcoming at all. Went to return key and I got Thank You behind a wall when they heard the keys hit the desk. Never got up to say thank you or good by!! Very poor customer service.

We enjoyed our stay at Peach Tree. The room was clean and comfortable, although it could use some updating. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The complimentary snacks were a nice touch, and the pool was kept at a perfect temperature. We didn’t get a chance to try breakfast, but the location was great—close to downtown and easy to get around. The property has a cute setup and a welcoming atmosphere. We’d stay again.

This was the cutest place and such a perfect location. Decided it will be our go to from here on out! Can’t wait to come back and visit the pool next time.

Difficult to enjoy breakfast with no indoor seating. No exhaust fan in bath. Otherwise. Wonderful stay.

It was a nice cozy place with an old home style feel to it. Beds were comfy and bathroom was excellent. Sofa was a little uncomfortable but everything including the unit we got had covered parking which was NICE.

amenities as compared to price paid for was not as good as expected

The staff was not particularly friendly. The cookies in the lobby were free but not very good. Most likely they were left over from another day. Breakfast consisted mostly of bagels or toast. This is an older motel so if you are looking for outlets in the bathroom, check the light fixture, because there were no others in the bathroom.

Clean and large. A/C unit was really loud as it turned off and on all night.
