Walking distance to main street! Wonderful pools, nice scenery, good breakfast, nice staff, and nice outdoor areas to enjoy.

If this place took care to remove all the scaffolding’s, maintain the gardens, repaint, pest control for ants, upgrade towel and amenity services, install AC, fence in a dog space on back side of creek- they could be. 4+ star hotel. Currently 3 star at best.

Our stay in Fredericksburg was okay overall. The hotel is older but has received some light renovations that helped freshen it up. While the accommodations were comfortable enough, parts of the property still showed their age and could use additional updating. It worked well for a short stay, but there is room for improvement.

I love this hotel. The pool alone is worth the stay. Such an awesome gem and walkable to the main part of town.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and mostly helpful. It was very loud and you can hear anyone above or next to you. The water was cold to warm and when we told staff it was addressed but still went from hot to cold frequently.

This location is close to Main Street and easy to walk there.

The location and the staff were great. The hot water for the shower wasn't working properly (it was lukewarm). We also had people talking loudly outside our room at 11:30p (yes, I realize the hotel isn't responsible for that).
