The air conditioning was excellent! We could have hung meat in there. The room was very spacious and the location was excellent for walking down Main Street. Although the room was very spacious, the bathroom was tiny.

Very clean! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast each morning was wonderful. A variety of eats. You could adjust the temperature of the room to meet your needs. We will definitely staff at The Hampton Inn when we return to Fredericksburg.

I saw the signs stating renovations are coming. The hotel should be shutdown. The mattress did not have a secured cover.The room was nasty.Hair on floor,door handles & bath tub knobs were filthy & dirty+ a dead spider on the wall behind the toilet.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was good, except both the coffee urns (light and dark roast) ran out of coffee. Hotel is located close to many nearby attractions in Fredericksburg.
