OMG! The room has an alarm clock! I never see those any more. Walking distance to the downtown restaurants, shops and Pacific War museum. The metal steps (photo attached) are visually deceiving and dangerous - you can't make out where one step ends and the next begins.

very quiet rooms. clean rooms but property is a little run down. close to downtown fredericksburg. Great spot for the price.

Facilities and staff were excellent. The only negative was a very loud conversation outside my daughter and son-in-law's room about 2 a.m.

Wyndham should be ashamed of having this property associated with them. As soon as we opened the door a stench of mold and mildew. Chairs were torn and filthy. Ceiling panels showed signs of leaks. Beds looked unkept and wrinkled. We turned around and just drove back home home (6 hrs). No refund offered by the manager.

We had a great stay and saved lots of money. Our room was very clean and kept up.

Good location but very old. No shower rail for safety. Towels old but clean. No real breakfast area. No elevator to 2nd floor. One small cockroach in room. Bed and linens good. TV good. AC good. Blackout curtain excellent. Manager very nice. Sidewalk needs power wash. Pool looked ok for kids. Cheap. Families were there. No real security worries. Would upgrade to another hotel next time.

Floors dirty & furniture surfaces sticky. Pool needed a clean & trash cans in pool area overflowing. Breakfast v limited. However a great location in Fredericksburg! Contacted management but still waiting to hear from them. Many emails requesting a review - so did as they asked!

First room was upstairs, no elevator, AC was cracked & took a while to cool room down, chair smelt like wet dog which stunk up the entire room until we moved it out of the room completely. They never did remove the chair just pushed it down the outdoor hallway where it now lives I presume. Requested a handicap room bc boyfriend is handicap & it wasn’t going to be ready until next day bc it wasn’t cleaned. Had to move all our things upstairs then back downstairs bc of unavailable handicap room. Night staff did not inform morning staff of room change request so had to request it a 2nd time. Only one cleaning lady observed but she was very nice. The only thing this place had going for it was the location & being so close to Main Street shops etc. Grounds outside were not kept well, cigarette butts everywhere. We slept on top of our own personal blankets bc just didn’t trust the cleanliness of the rooms, again not the one cleaning lady’s fault. Cheaper than other places in same area & now I know why.

The “breakfast” was very minimal, I’d hardly call it one. Our room was rough and had a musty smell. A ceiling tile was missing, the door to the bathroom was missing a chunk out of the bottom, the floors were so dirty my feet became a different color, there were no cups for the coffee maker with the exception of 1 single cup being out of its packaging sitting on the counter with coffee condiments in it, the towels felt like I was using sandpaper and barely fit around either of us, there was no iron in the room (thank god I brought my garment steamer with me or I would have been SOL), the AC was insanely loud, and the begging didn’t feel entirely clean. This was not a pleasant experience.
