The pool area was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and the loungers were actually really comfortable. The gym is on the smaller side, but it was very clean and had what we needed. The spa was another highlight..beautiful, peaceful, spotless, and so accommodating. We booked a couples massage and both had a great experience. Everyone at the spa was incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable. We also really enjoyed the hotel bar. They have a great happy hour, and once again, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. What stood out most, though, was the service. We needed to switch rooms during our stay, and everyone at the front desk was kind, understanding, and accommodating. They made the entire process easy and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we were comfortable. And a special mention has to go to Laura. She was incredible! She is such a caring, sweet person and truly went above and beyond for us. It’s the people who can really make a hotel stay memorable, and Laura absolutely did that for us. She made our stay at The Albert one we won’t forget.

We spent two nights and thoroughly enjoyed The Albert. The room, bar and pool were all new and modern feeling. Walk through the courtyard to the front that faces Main Street for a great coffee shop that keeps the old school charm of Fredericksburg. The hotel is centrally located making everything in downtown walkable. Ten minute drive to most wineries. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again for sure.

Beautiful property, beautiful amenities, love, the fact, coffee shop, just around the corner, bed, pillows, comforters, all very comfortable, and the Albert lotion provided was amazing! Will definitely book this place again, I wonder if they have rewards membership program?!

The lighting in the bathroom made it very difficult to use the mirror. There was no microwave in the room to heat your leftovers. We enjoyed the pool area.
