Quaint, clean, very comfortable. Kitchen was great and extremely well stocked. Location was great, short walk to Main Street. Front bedroom faces back of a hotel. Lighting is rather bright. Picking up trash at hotel is a bit loud, and unfortunately it’s done early in the morning. Fortunately it’s a quick event!

We feel very comfortable and safe. Everything was just in walking distance.

Location was excellent, less than a block from main street. It was also very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The trim around the whole room did provide extra storage for small things especially in the bathroom. It is a very small space, made smaller by the amount of decorative pillows on the bed. We had to pile them all up on a chair, which meant less space for storage. The dishes in the cabinets were not freshly washed so we didn't use them

The house had so many extra's! Anything you may need like toiletries down to first aid. Kitchen had everything including snacks and drinks in the fridge all for your enjoyment. Very, Very nice!!! We would love to go back again.

I can't praise this place enough! It was probably the best venue we've stayed in (and we have stayed in plenty around the world). It was superbly equipped, beds were really comfy and the owners kindly leave plenty of snacks and soft drinks. The location is great too as it's only a few minutes walk to the high street. Would definitely recommend!

So nice and clean and stocked with great snacks and drinks. The bed was super comfortable and just one block away from all the shops on Main Street!

The location is excellent and just 2 blocks from downtown. The lodging is well designed and maintained and met our needs for a peaceful couples weekend. There is no closet or dresser.

The cottage was located in a nice neighborhood with not a lot of traffic or noise. I can not think of anything we did not like about this area, house, or hosts

The property is very well located 1 block from the Main Street in Fredericksburg. The kitchen was well equipped. The cleaning crew must have rushed to accommodate our early arrival. The rug wasn’t clean and the coffee maker required some cleaning.

No breakfast at the cottage. I did appreciate the snack basket and they came in handy for between meal snacks. I ate breakfast at Whataburger one morning and Twisted Sisters the next. My bonus was running into a cousin and her hubby at Whataburger! I meant to email you yesterday morning, my goal was to be ready to leave at 10 am and T reached that goal. But discovered a huge line at St Mary's to get a turkey dinner to take home. That line was about 25 minutes-in the cool shade of the school building. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The pink bedroom was perfect. Having music on when I arrived was so awesome, didn't want to turn it off! Had a wonderful time with the classmates at the reunion. Not sure if a pic will go in the paper or not. Thank you!

Beautiful cabin for 2 people. Well designed and stocked. Perfect location to explore downtown Fredericksburg....5 min to Nimitz Gallery. Owners kept in touch and were very gracious.

Location was very good, felt very homely. Very comfortable and spacious. Heating/ air conditioning came on at some odd hours but was very noisy and woke us up!
