Best Western Plus Fredericksburg

Our stay was without issue. The room was clean; the hotel was quiet; the free breakfast was a bonus. Free parking and close proximity to downtown were great! It was the perfect stay!!

The only problem was the water in sink in bathroom wouldn't get hot.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and the most important thing is that there was coffee available all day!!

Room was clean but Breakfast was low quality, coffee machine was broken.So much noise from the elevator, vending machine, shower of other rooms during the night. Coffee maker in the room located in bathroom by toilet!!!!

Staff was pleasant and courteous. Ropm was very clean, ac on point, and breakfast wss delicious

The breakfast was meh at best, and the coffee was not good at all. There was a trash can around the corner from our room that was overflowing the whole time we were there. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were so tiny it was hard to get the product out and there wasn’t much to in there anyway.

Staff was helpful in accommodating a different room since we didn’t want to be by the pool downstairs. The new room had a musty odor from the AC and the furniture was dusty. Bathroom fixtures, sink, and toilet showed evidence of not being properly cleaned. The breakfast offered was unappetizing- could be presented better and the coffee was awful (some type of Nespresso kind of machine). The stay was acceptable for the price. The area was quiet and safe.

The room was clean but the pool was closed the majority of the weekend. We were originally told it was for weather then the story changed to being closed for maintenance. The AC also didn’t work well in the room.

The outside is pretty Dust under the bed. SPIDER in the bathroom and towels are like sand.

Nice hotel in a beautiful town! The hotel was fine but not the best I have seen. The staff was helpful and nice. The room was clean. The coffee pot was broken in the room and did let the staff know, however coffee is available all day in the dining area so it wasn’t a problem. This gets a good rating versus excellent but I would stay there again.

Clean, quiet rooms. And friendly staff, especially Mary Jane. The only concern was the pool was not working. Not good for a hot summer vacation when humidity is high and temps are high. I always choose a hotel with a pool in the summer because it is a good way to break up your day when it’s so hot outside. Disappointing!

Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would like and water built up in the shower while I was showering. Safe and convenient area!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Fredericksburg and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—just far enough from Main Street to be quiet and relaxing, yet still close enough to easily enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer. The hotel has been nicely remodeled and updated while still maintaining its older charm, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Parking was excellent and convenient, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. You simply can’t beat the value for the price. If you’re looking for an updated, clean, and simple place to stay with great service and a peaceful location, I highly recommend the Best Western Plus Fredericksburg. I’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Fredericksburg!
