The room is okay. Nothing fancy. Everything is dated. The bed was more comfortable than expected. The bathroom looked clean enough but might not pass some people’s standards. The breakfast was our favorite part. The office area has a Texas homey vibe. The breakfast was thoughtful and had several options. Note - you do need to go up stairs to get to the breakfast area. They will accommodate you if you cannot go up stairs. Checkout was simple. The staff was friendly. We only stayed here as a quick overnight stop on our roadtrip. It was a good hotel for that.

the carpet in our room smelled like wet dog when we arrived from the previous guests so I had to ask the front desk for air freshener. Also we don’t smoke so it was uncomfortable having smokers right outside our door and we had to walk by full ashtray buckets on every other column each day. Thankfully the price per night was under $75 total to stay here, but I was told during peak months it can go much higher.

Muy mala informacion en la publicacion, dicen que tiene desayuno incluido, al llegar al lugar nos informaron que el desayuno es solo los fines de samana , la pisina en mantenimiento por los 3 dias y 2 noches .

room was cool breakfast didn't open until 8:30, NO Coffee until then, staff where very stand offish. Linens where very outdated, no shampoo/ conditioner, one little bar of soap. Very disappointing.

Room wasn’t as clean, tub needed some good scrubbing, pool was closed most of the time! But what do you expect for the price

Property was perfect for what we needed! It was affordable with a good location. Can’t beat the prices! I love that it is Texas owned and operated! I appreciate they love and take care of the cats in the area!! We will stay again!
