The room was very clean and well maintained. Nothing, everything was excellent.

Apartment was comfortable and fit our needs well. Wish we had more time but it was a lovely stay. Staff were courteous and very helpful. We'll be back The facility is dated but it also adds charm. Other than alittle dust, the stay was nice.

Managers live onsite and are available to resolve any issues 24/7. Very convenient, centrally located property. The value/price of the room allowed me to stay an extra day! The property is an older one and they are short on staff right now so things were a little unkempt. There has been quite a bit of bad weather in the area and that also affected the pool and grounds of the hotel. Unfortunately the pool was reopened the day I was leaving.

Did not match picture description, a/c hardly worked, curtains and blanket are musty. Bathtub is filthy! Not sure how this place gets such a high review. I woke up with hives after sleeping in the bed.

The cold a.c. and close to the town. Well there was chair outside the room I guess to sit on but didnt because it was full of bird poop. Second my wife wouldn't stop complaining about how hard the mattress was. Im a guy i can careless ill sleep on the floor. Then she noticed a dead roach behind the lamp stand between the beds when she was looking for the outlet to connect the phone charger. Then complained about the shower head there was hardly any water pressure. And that the towels smelled funky. Im gonna agree on both and then she killed a roach as she came out from the shower. So we left around 630am. Even though her doctors appointment was till 1230pm in kerville 20 minutes away. I had planned to have breakfast in Fredericksburg but she wanted to leave. But hey its 48 dollars I got what I paid for. Plus I believed all the great reviews and they are lying... but hey that was cheapest ive ever paid, for no sleep. If they would take the time to paint the room from the ceiling to the walls. Change the shower head update the toilet and maybe add some trim to the mirror and place the t.v on the instead of that out dated stand. Please please change the mattresses. Pillows are great. A.C was great thank God. If not I would've left that same night.

The location . Asked for the room to be serviced and the room was not serviced. The toilet would not flush correctly, had to flush it twice to get it to clean out. The air conditioner took a long time to cool down the room.
