Nothing The customer service/ room not clean and when we tried to talk to him about it he was a very unprofessional

They need to put more emphasis in housekeeping.

Comfortable, spacious rooms.... friendly front desk service The remotes didnt work, so we had trouble changing channels and volume...

Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, and we found multiple live and dead insects throughout it. While we didn’t see any evidence of bed bugs, the overall condition made us uncomfortable. I would not stay here again and hope management addresses the cleanliness and customer service issues. The front desk attendant was dismissive.

I would not recommend staying at this Days Inn in Fredericksburg. Right when we walked in---there were 3 dead crickets so we had pick them up. There was a few flying bugs and ended up killing a few of them. We could not use the shower(handicapped) because it was seeping all the way to the toilet and obviously we had to clean that up. The bed was very hard and had a hard time so had a hard time sleeping on it. And the last thing the breakfast was not really breakfast...so we had to get and spend money for breakfast that morning.

Definitely will stay again me and my family enjoyed our stay, very clean and everything is close by

Loved the sunflowers near the pool! Our room was spacious, comfortable, and overlooked the pool area. Pool had a large shallow end for small kids! Breakfast setup was a bit awkward and lacking. There was a used diaper outside near the trashcan our entire stay.

The staff was very helpful in making sure we had a safe place to park with a boat. The rooms are clean and basic. It was definitely worth every penny.

The continental breakfast was poor.

The hotel was exactly what you would expect for a Days Inn. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There were no frills. The walls were very thin and you heard your neighbors. There is no space around the hotel to walk dogs. It was comfortable for the price paid. Fantastic location. It is three blocks from the main drag. Very easy to walk and some cute breakfast places down the street. Everything is very walkable from there.

Spacious rooms and very clean but have to say weak breakfast, the waffle batter was watery or five apples display with three bananas. Coffee machine was not working and no one to be seen for the 33 minutes sitting there in the room

The guy at the front desk was very unpleasant. Breakfast was closed over an hour early, none of the dispensing machines worked for breakfast. The cleaning staff was rather intrusive.

The location and cleanliness of the room. It was difficult being upstairs at the very end as I have a bad knee.

Breakfast was sufficient. No eggs, but it was well stocked with everything else. Room was a suite which was nice and spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable! Bathroom was huge with 2 sinks and spa tub plus a shower. The bathroom looked clean, but could have been cleaner. Noticed the sink faucets had not been cleaned at all. I used a washcloth with a little bar soap and easily cleaned them myself. Black hairs were on a couple of the towels (we are gray). Spa tub needs to have instructions nearby. There were 2 TVs, in front of bed and one in front of sofa. The one in front of bed did not work.

I liked that I had a laundry room close by since all of our luggage got rained on and our clothes got wet. I needed to use the dryer and we were only a couple of doors down from the laundry room. Very convenient. The shower and tub were nice. I liked the provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. They smelled great and seemed like good quality. Odd choice of the lotion in the shower though. My husband mistakenly at first thought it was body wash. He was moisturized well. It could have been maintained/cleaned better. Our room didn’t smell clean/fresh when we arrived. It was musty and stale smelling. A small trash can was by the pool with trash and standing water. The large trash by the pool didn’t get emptied while we were there. Our room had hair in the bathroom sink and bath tub. There were parts of the toilet that had not been cleaned in quite awhile. The tops of the hinge area on the toilet seat seemed to have been missed in the cleaning. Overall it just needed a more thorough cleaning in the room and property. Our beds did seem clean so that was good. Also don’t even bother serving breakfast if it is that bad. Just junk and after seeing the cleanliness of the property I wasn’t about to eat there.
