The room was clean, however the A/C fan was making a horrible noise, I had to turned off many times to be able to sleep, the continental breakfast was simple and undesirable, but the coffee was good.

We stayed for 2 and a half days and our room was never cleaned. Not even the bed being made. The Wi-Fi didn’t work part of the time and both our keys were shut off so we had to go back down to the desk to get them reactivated. Won’t be back.

Price was on the high side for the property. It was nice but not the Hilton!
-
Sadly, first time there, and last time there, ....while location is in a good place and building looks ok on the outside,....inside there is a heavy mold smell, and the rooms are dated, most upkeep is unprofessional, this location needs a update.

I returned at 3:20 pm and again was told they were behind and I would need to wait. My tub/shower did not drain properly.

We stayed here for a quick no-kids weekend getaway to Fredericksburg, and the location was great. It's in town, so it's an easy drive to Main Street and close to a ton of great local restaurants and wineries. Compared to a lot of other lodging options in the area, this hotel was priced better. Another huge plus is that they allow one-night stays over the weekend, whereas almost all the local B&Bs require a two-night minimum. The property itself definitely looks on the older side, and the room decor and overall amenities feel pretty dated. To be fair, we didn't end up using the gym or the pool during our stay, and we skipped the hotel breakfast since Fredericksburg has so many good local spots to eat at anyway. Overall, if you are looking for a clean, convenient, flexible, and budget-friendly base camp for exploring the area, it's a solid 4-star value.

Our stay was really good. Highly recommend this hotel. It was clean, comfortable beds and the staff was amazing!! I would give this a 5 star overall, but the breakfast was terrible.
-
I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and pool, the little touches like the post cards, and the stocked breakfast bar. The hot tub jets didn't work, one of the rooms didn't have a TV when we initially checked in, and the only ice machine was on the 3rd floor and was out of order with no sign to warn patrons.
-
Was very surprised with the cleanliness and great staff
-
The room was clean, but the water pressure in the sink and shower was extremely low. Breakfast was mediocre. I probably wouldn't stay at this Comfort Inn again.

Very close proximity to main street restaurants and the museum.
