My stay at this Marriott hotel was as good as usual , BUT unfortunately i was very disappointed with the fact that housekeeping did NOT do their part. They fumbled the ball and we were not provided the service. Bed not made, bathroom not cleaned, trash not thrown out etc. Was not given a reason why this happened and was not provided with a solution. Very uncharacteristic of a Marriott establishment. Will wait to see if there is a response to this mishap. Im usually a very understanding person but sometimes these situations are unfortunate and throw a wrench into an otherwise excellent trip . Especially when it happens at a place where you expect the highest level of excellence .

Breakfast was ok. The coffee cups were almost impossible to separate. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

The shower water never got hot our entire stay. The mattress was horribly lumpy and sank in the middle. The housekeeping staff just haphazardly pulled up the bedspread on the bed and didn't bother to smooth it. They didn't clean the bathroom at all. The shredded cheese at the breakfast bar was rank.

Room was clean, rooms need some updating shower curtains should be changed after each stay, walls and doors should be cleaned also...the walls are super thin i heard people sneeze and cough in next room...

Jacob, that worked the front desk in the evening, made us feel like part of the Fairfield family! The rest of the front desk were very nice also. Many thanks to the lady that cleaned the hotel room. Breakfast could have been better. There was too much water in the chafing tray for the eggs.

We pick this hotel for the indoor pool. The pool was down the first night. Second night it was open water was murky and heating element was out.
