I was happy that they let me check in early I was exhausted. I was not happy with no fridge and micro wave in the room. Other than that it was OK. Somehow, 2 nights before I left I woke up with strange marks/ bites all over the backs of my legs and less on my arms. I slept deeply but woke up feeling this pain and irritation to my body. I thought it was bed bugs because I was under the covers for hours sleeping. But management said it was not bed bugs. I don't know what it was but it disturbed me it was scary. I checked out because I didn't want to take risks. I'm healing now. I hope it wasn't bed bugs. I'm traveling so I used hydrocortisone so that I wouldn't get an infection and wind up in the hospital.

The people that work there are nice and work hard. Clearly the corporation does not invest in repairing the walls in the rooms and maintain the facility - that is not on employees!

I booked a room for three nights and left at the second night when I came in the first room smelled like straight bum like the street I’m from New York so I still smelled like the transit downstairs asked to change room which they did have to have me wait almost an hour. Second roomwas fine until the next morning. It wasn’t fine, but it had holes everywhere. The beds were all polluted it was just disgusting, but hey, you get what you pay but once the sentence started dripping and I had an indoor. Was fine until the next morning. I went to complain, and the lady was so rude, but me and looking at her I knew her personality was going to be that way she looked like a dark evil person as is And they call the police officers on me because I got upset because I wanted to stay a couple more hours to rest because I fell and hurt my knees trying to get all my things out of the room. I asked for someone to help me and no one helped me mind you on 50 years old with a dog by myselftraveling from New York to South Carolina. It’s disgusting they rule they all disgusting. The attitude sucks and hopefully their karma will get them

Most horrendous experience nothing was working no hot water rooms were filthy beds, head bedbugs, very unsafe and unwanted atmosphere

There were roaches all over the room and the bathroom. They were climbing out of the air conditioner! The room was described as having a bath tub but it was a tiny stand up shower. The pool was not open at the end of June in Virginia. I packed my swim suit but couldn't swim. There were burn holes all over the comforter. I definitely wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

This place was awful. STAY AWAY!! Spend a few bucks more and pass this one up. This should be renamed to Motel Hell. It had burn marks all over the room, in the floor on the curtain, on all of the furniture, on the bedding, in the bsthroom and on and on. The walls had holes in it, fire alarm was missing, sink kept running, ceiling over the toilet had a leak and ceiling was ready to fall down, faucets were broken, paint peeling all over the room and it had a strong smell of smoke. TV had terrible reception. JUST STAY AWAY.

The room was disgusting and nasty. The walls looked like someone had been murdered in there and it looked like poop was smeared on the bathroom wall. There was a phone in the room but no cord to it. The tv picture was fuzzy. The toilet seat was not attached and the door would not close. The property seemed to be a place for the homeless to stay.

Only 1 word DIRTY . Shower looked like it was never cleaned and there were throw up stains on the wall

My reservation was for a first-floor with a fridge/micro. The clerk tried to hustle me for an extra $10.00 to provide the above. He gave me a room, nothing from above, with a non-working TV. If the local folks were not being housed there, it would be out of business!

We stayed June 7, 2026 for one night..after a long day on the road all we wanted was to rest and take a hot shower..well guess what NO NOT WATER! I mean not even Luke warm!! Beds were not comfortable at all…the young girl who checked us in was very nice and pleasant though…it was ok to late to call and complain about it…we didn’t want to move to another room at that time. Well not stay there again.

RUN, don’t even waste your time! I called at 6pm to speak with someone as I was coming from SC and would be checking in after Midnight. I was assured everything would be ready and clean. When I arrived the staff members was extremely rude. The hotel was filthy. I asked to see the room as I already paid which he denied after checking in there was no way I would have stepped foot in the room. The bed was disgusting and filled with stains and burn holes. It was not a single thing was clean! I thought it was a prank how disgusting everything was. It’s like housekeeping doesn’t exist there. After looking at the room I went back immediately to get a refund. My Wife had to go in because he was extremely rude to me and handle everything else. We went someone else down the street and had a way better experience
