Nice room, ut toilet having trouble, and i was asked when I got there, " you know you are not getting fridge and microwave?". Then said go check room soon, so if you dont like it, tell me immediately. Not sure, but when I check in through Engine app, I don't think we get much priority, and are usually never given the first floor, and are given, the lesser rooms. Different things are said to me when i get ENGINE rooms. Ok stay anyhow

I was happy that they let me check in early I was exhausted. I was not happy with no fridge and micro wave in the room. Other than that it was OK. Somehow, 2 nights before I left I woke up with strange marks/ bites all over the backs of my legs and less on my arms. I slept deeply but woke up feeling this pain and irritation to my body. I thought it was bed bugs because I was under the covers for hours sleeping. But management said it was not bed bugs. I don't know what it was but it disturbed me it was scary. I checked out because I didn't want to take risks. I'm healing now. I hope it wasn't bed bugs. I'm traveling so I used hydrocortisone so that I wouldn't get an infection and wind up in the hospital.

The people that work there are nice and work hard. Clearly the corporation does not invest in repairing the walls in the rooms and maintain the facility - that is not on employees!

The receptionist didn't try to help me obtain a refund when she had posted a sign saying "no hot water." She said I should just contact Booking.com. I just got AI when i called Bookling.com. Motel 6 would have gotten the majority of the fee, but she did not care. I called the police.

I booked a room for three nights and left at the second night when I came in the first room smelled like straight bum like the street I’m from New York so I still smelled like the transit downstairs asked to change room which they did have to have me wait almost an hour. Second roomwas fine until the next morning. It wasn’t fine, but it had holes everywhere. I went to complain, and the lady was so rude, but me and looking at her I knew her personality was going to be that way she looked like a dark evil person as is And they call the police officers on me because I got upset because I wanted to stay a couple more hours to rest because I fell and hurt my knees trying to get all my things out of the room. I asked for someone to help me and no one helped me mind you on 50 years old with a dog by myselftraveling from New York to South Carolina. It’s disgusting they rule they all disgusting. Most horrendous experience nothing was working no hot water rooms were filthy beds, head bedbugs, very unsafe and unwanted atmosphere

Nothing There was kids liveing in camper on the ground and pool was closed and the ground was not nice

There were roaches all over the room and the bathroom. They were climbing out of the air conditioner! The room was described as having a bath tub but it was a tiny stand up shower. The pool was not open at the end of June in Virginia. I packed my swim suit but couldn't swim. There were burn holes all over the comforter. I definitely wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
