Extended Stay America Suites Fremont Fremont Blvd South

This hotel provided me with a thin mattress that made it seem like a roll out bed. In the photos online I was led to believe that I would be accommodates with a nice bedding. That was not the case. I had to leave the motel to sleep elsewhere. I will not return to this motel again.

Hotel conditions were inhabitable. They refused to refund or change my room because they were "fully booked for the week." Manager was rude and unprofessional. I was only able to get a refund after calling corporate.

Everything was run down

Very kind very helpful. FYI if needed what ever it may be wether it's an issue with the the AC not working properly give them a heads up right away. You can't be upset with issues you could have brought to light right away.

No one at front desk to help and it is a messy environment to stay in. Not clean at all.

The staff was very friendly. Kit hen in the room so if you want to buy a few groceries and cook your own meals to save a buck or two you have that option. There were a lot of people hanging around the parking lot. Standing around, talking to people that drove into the parking lot. Felt a little sketchy. Although the kitchen in the room gives you the option to save a buck or two cooking your own meals, it has lead to a very strong odor through out the hotel. There were dead roaches near the air conditioner. The morning we left, a homeless man crawled out of the bushes near the side exit, he seemed a little aggravated that we woke him up.The freeway is right next to the hotel and traffic is very loud at night.

Nice room and cleanliness is very well done I had a well stay for comfort other than the fact that there are no ice machines feel like it wel more likely help certain guest.
