Room was clean…. Parking was congested

Mate. It's filled with long-term tenants that sit on crates around the court yard during the day and smoke around the stairs. The room key cards demagnetize EVERY NIGHT so you need to go to the front desk to re-magnetize it EVERY NIGHT you come home. I'm not sure how this place got its ratings so high.

The room was clean and well maintained. The parking was a plus.

Front desk wasn’t that nice. The room have ants coming out from the bathtub faucet. I requested a room to be downstairs ahead of time like usual and she didn’t give it.

I should have known better once I arrived and saw the families living at the property. That pales in comparison to the lack of good customer service. The counter staff had the attitude as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to stay there. The fact that they only have one(1) microwave oven on the property, and that one microwave oven is located in the laundry room, is incredible!!! The one ice machine and one vending machine is unreal. Honestly, I wonder if this place is ever inspected before it's listed on any booking site? This hotel has the potential to be an average place if they take the time to do a little updating of the property and customer service classes for the staff.

Place is kinda flimsy and you can hear the other guest through the walls. Tne AC made a strange noise.

Unfortunately we determined sheets were not clean- terrible body odor smell on the bottom sheet told us they had not been washed- we had a hard time figuring out where the smell was coming from until we actually put our noses to the sheet itself- disgusting but did not figure it out until our final night- had to cover it with a towel -

I Book the room for three night but i was not able to stay more then two hours, because i was dirty and smeeling a lot, smell and dirty

I made my reservation through a third-party booking company, and I have been trying to get assistance regarding the problems with my stay. The third party has also been trying to obtain a refund/resolve the issue, but the hotel has not been responsive. The room was not consistently cleaned, and we repeatedly had to request housekeeping. The outside areas of the property were also not clean and did not give me a feeling that the property was being properly maintained. Another major concern was the vandalism to my car while I was staying at the hotel. I was concerned about the lack of visible security cameras in the areas where the cars were parked. I was also told by housekeeping staff that vandalism to cars has happened on a regular basis at the property. If that is the case, I believe guests should be made aware of the security concerns. There also appeared to be families/residents living in the back area of the hotel, which added to my concerns about the overall environment and security of the property. The damage to my car is significant, and the cost to repair it may end up being more than what I paid for my entire stay. This was a horrible experience. I expected a clean room and a reasonably safe environment for myself and my vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received either. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here carefully consider these issues and ask the

Close to everything, didn’t have to drive much to get to the stores. They’re literally a McDonalds so close by. Will definitely stay here again. Staff were nice and friendly. Parking was difficult to find later at night, other than that it was good
