I didnt feel safe in the area, there's bunch of young boys, and couple of them was following me.

Everything I would want in an economical hotel

Didn’t clean my room for a week

Clean, comfortable room, easy parking. Good value.

Filthy and disgusting. Really loud total dump

Bathroom exhaust fan was extremely noisy, bathtub. Had rust rings around the drain.

We also noticed there was a significant gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, we stuffed a towel under to prevent pests from coming inside, but it was still a bit uncomfortable. The staff was kind, but it is definitely a low budget hotel.

Nice clean room, helpful staff, plenty of parking.

I will not recommend this room to anyone the worst place that I ever stood at I don’t even know how our they still open. The city should shut them down. There’s no customer service. There’s no housekeeping there and I asked for my refund and they wouldn’t even return my money and I didn’t even stay for the two nights absolutely disaster. I will not recommend it.

Next day, around 7:20 AM, I went to talk to clerk about what happened day prior and to the check out - In the door was a sign that front desk will will open at 8:00 AM. People were waiting for them to open. During night I got bitten by some bug, do not know what it was

We check out and try to ask the staff the receipt , she said that you have to wait 9 am later because the cleaning staff is not working. It is first time.

Room was clean and the staff was helpful.

Breakfast is a tiny table with coffee Bugs in my room Shower caulking black Drain not draining Refrigerator was off and unplugged and smelly Room smelled Towels had hair on them

Rooms were not well maintained. Toilet paper dispenser wasn’t attached to the wall properly. Had a very noisy neighbor, which is not hotels fault. Cheep hotel. You get what you pay for.

The staff in the reception needs to be trained how to speak with the customers and probably a cultural and attitudal thing. In this hospitality business one cannot be a straight talker but needs a diplomatic and supportive type of answering person at the front.
