For the most part, it was clean and quite. I had a bottom stairs room. killed a few black ants in it and also when I pulled the sheets back, at the foot was a dead cockroach. I asked for a microwave and was told there was community one for use. But when I went to use it, it probably was the dirtiest microwave I have ever seen. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in very long time.

Usually this hotel is great but the shower was not working properly this time and the tub got flooded

When we returned that evening, we were tited. As I pulled back the blanket to lie down and rest, I immediately noticed long strands of hair on the bed, along with lots of small black particles scattered across the sheets. The sheets were also badly wrinkled. It was obvious that the previous guest's bed linens had never been changed. The pillowcases were in the same condition. I called the front desk immediately and asked them to clean the room. I was told that housekeeping had gone. I explained the situation and asked to be moved to another room. The front desk agent said, "Let me check." After waiting more than half an hour without hearing anything, I went downstairs to the front desk myself and again requested a different room. The staff asked me: "Did you touch the bed?" Of course I did. If I hadn't pulled back the blanket, how would I have known the sheets had been used by the previous guest? I told him that I had. He then said he couldn't move me because, since I had touched the room, he wouldn't be able to sell it to another guest.Are you kidding me? A room that had already been reported as dirty was something you were planning to sell to another guest?I asked how they intended to solve the problem. He said my only option was to pay for another room. I refused, and he simply said there was nothing he could do. At last, I had to ask for clean sheets and pillowcases and put them over the dirty ones myself just through the nigh

I never asked too much in the hotels, but I really need to say this one about this place because I don’t want other people has bad experience like me. I’m stay two nights, but was the longer night because first of all when I arrive the girl in the desk named Angela was not friendly at all not even a smile not even say hi after that the room is smell like cigarette really bad but I was so tired. I don’t wanna deal with the receptionist anymore outside innThe front door was a leaking from the roof the water go inside the room. I call the receptionist nobody answer so when I went to the desk, she say the phone never works so I asked her if I have an emergency what I can do and she said you’ll have to walk to the reception. I never see a security and was really loud music outside in front of my room the music was until 1 AM. I tried to connect to the Wi-Fi so was really hard. I have to call the special number for the technician to connect me directly because my phone didn’twork with my Wi-Fi the second night was a couple fight until 3:30 AM really really bad, screaming crying and fight. I was in the first floor. They was in the second floor. Top of my room was really bad night for me because I have to wake up six in the morning to go to school, I never have this kind of experience in other hotels. I don’t recommend this one at all.

Clean room

Arrived a bit late. The desk clerk found me a ground level room very close to a handicapped parking spot. That was so appreciated since I am a recent amputee. The room was spotless and super comfortable. It was nice and quiet too. We will definitely stay there again.

Great stay! Excellent staff, always professional and kind! Definitely recommend to others and I’ll be returning. Room AC is excellent and easy parking.
