Didn't see any swimming pool or jacuzzi my poor shower was stained and ceiling falling apart my mattress had a ditch on one side although the towels the facial and body accessories were good to have pillows were very comfortable

Staff was excellent throughout my stay. I had to get my key card remagnetized daily. The property shows its age and should be remodeled to compete with Marriott next door.

Fue una experiencia aver me quedado en este hotel por primera ves tuve una experiencia muy fea los cuartos demasiado sucios todo el Hotel Goliat muy feo y los elevadores demasiado sucios y se descomponían a menudo no me vuelvo a quedar en este Hotel!!

Nothing, this place was horrible

Just day before I am checking out the room, house cleaning person took some of personal stuff with them and when we complained to front desk they are non responsive and that too 2 different person. Both the time they just gave us a paper to give a written complaint but no response. In fact they told us that they will refund us one day charges as a compensation but they never reached out to me. On top of that what today about Manager, his mobile is not at all reachable and he himself not available at all so it seems he is not interested to perform his duties. One of they front desk lady told us that similar issue happened with multiple guest I would give 0 rating out of 10 not because of facilities or food but they’re highly irresponsible staff and specially the so called Manager who do not care about their hotel reputation .

I am leaving this place upset...I spoke with the "supervisor" today regarding a concerning issue where I was having there breakfast and I asked the cook what type of meat they were serving she said Pork as she went to pour all the meat in all the oil splattered on my arm and watch and I told her she burn me and she said sorry but unfortunately, sorry is not enough when you are allergic to pork and your skin is burning. I will update with pictures please dont stay here they will ask you how you want to handle the issue ummmm as a manager myself I would fire her. Worst experience at the hotel glad its only a night.

Very bad experience and will stay away from this property

Room was dirty, carpets were dirty and smelled like piss. Ants all over the restroom. Open condom wrappers in the bedside drawer. Was heavily unsure what was even clean or dirty…

This is a hotel, and the elevator quit working in the morning. The front desk didn't seem to think it was an emergency. They fixed it within about 10 minutes. It seemed like it must have been a common problem, and they knew the solution.

Breakfast wasn’t available no eggs or sausage nor was ready by 6am. I was traveling for work and specifically booked this hotel for the breakfast but was immediately disappointed when the staff showed up late and breakfast wasn’t available had to wait around till 6:30 witch made me and several coworkers late. Then the following day same thing occurred

We booked 2 rooms. Only one had AC working and the other did NOT have We had to sleep through the night without AC. ( We were on call with customer care until 12.30 in night and the problem was still NOT resolved ) It was 11 PM by the time we checked-in, when we raised an issue about AC not working, the person at the reception told she couldn’t change room as the reservations were full. Manager didn’t pick the call and no one addressed the issue through out the night The worst part happened the following morning. When I spoke to the manager in the morning about the issue and took him to the room to show AC wasn’t working, he was arguing it was working. He never accepted their fault. His approach towards us was clearly not acceptable. He made some personal comments as well. Morning breakfast didn’t have any eggs/proteins. This is clearly not what we expected from La Quinta.

The rooms were dirty and run down, the pool was disgusting and not up kept, there was no breakfast as per what we booked just a sign that said “sorry no eggs or sausage”. The staff were not helpful and actually quite rude. The experience was horrible and I would never go back or recommend for anyone to stay there.

Lobby and Breakfast area was nice and clean.. Ran low on some food Items. Did not replace them ?? Seemed to be short staffed in the kitchen as worker was a little stressed out.....

Everything i booked thru hotels.com they canceled my reservation. This is two times In a row I was stuck outside in a city I was not familiar with.
