    Room 307 was very dirty- animal hair, it smelled bad musty like sweat/humid. Also there were hairs in the shower as well.

    Staff and managers were really bad They were not nice or helpful at all. I took my service animal and ended up paying they were asking me for documents about my service animal who would be carrying their documents around. It’s illegal to be asking for documents. Manager and front desk agent were very rude They even told me if your dog be barking at night you would have to leave I told her where would I leave to and she said that’s not my problem I just wanna let you be aware of that because my other guesses might have complaints cause I requested a suite and she told me basically that I should’ve not requested a suite when I knew I had a service animal cause she said the first floor it’s regular rooms and it’s better but I guess in the suite level guess is complain more when she told me that I just wanted it to walk out, but I didn’t cause I knew that I was going to lose my money

    No additional bedding provided for sofa beds, night staff was rude, room was not clean or in decent condition. Elevator stops working randomly for hours on end without any support or fix estimates.

    Our TV didn’t work for the first night and when I asked about fixing it they said that someone would come by in the morning to fix it. We went the next morning and got back at 5pm and it still wasn’t fixed. Asked front desk if they switch me to a different room but he said that someone would come by and fix it in 45 mins. We left to get dinner and no one came to fix it. I went to ask again and front desk person came up to check it but couldn’t fix it. He said that someone from maintenance would come by soon to fix it. He didn’t come to back until 1 hr later and they were able to fix it then. However, it stopped working again a few hours later. At that time, we were already checking out the next morning. No one from house cleaning came by to change bed sheets. Also the freeway noise is terrible. Our room was facing the freeway so you can hear it the whole time.

    Easy parking and freeway access. Rooms look a little dated, but clean and the furnishings are comfortable. Free breakfast is typical continental, with eggs (powdered?) and sausage.

    After reporting these concerns, I was moved to a second room; however, it also had significant cleanliness issues, including sticky residue across the floor, the smell of dog urine, and food ( definitely look like nobody vacuum). The third room was comparatively better, but still carried a persistent and strong odor of urine. Due to the overall condition of the accommodations, I ultimately chose to end my stay in the bay are a day early and canceled the remainder of my trip. I also purchased cleaning and sanitation I’m supplies during my stay to ensure I did not bring any pests or contamination back home. I strongly recommend that prospective guests reconsider booking this property, as it was the most unsatisfactory hotel experience I have ever encountered.

    staff are nice but need to hire more due to we waited a long time at the lobby when checking in because room was not ready at 3pm. A lot of stains on the carpets and smells bad. Unfortunately, it's the only one available for the type of room King Suite Room. There were some guests also waiting in the lobby. It frequently happens. We checked in to this hotel a few times and each time same situation. If they have more cleaning staff so rooms are readily available by 3pm for the guests.

    Second, housekeeping was not very friendly. I asked for towels and they told me to go all the way to the front desk to ask for one, even though she had some on her cart... when we first got into our room, there was trash under the bed and food that had been there for who knows how long Third, it's the same free meal every morning and they kept running out of food.. eggs were stone cold and if you asked for more coffee "it's being done", and that was it.. The guy cleaning the pool and the old man that worked in the kitchen were the only friendly staff... Once again, you get what you pay for... but it really wasn't cheap..

    This place has bad management and is the worst out of the La Quinta we have gone to. First of all, they will not clean your rooms unless they were told 24 hours before. Of course, this was not mentioned to us during check-in. The carpets are filthy, then bathroom has ants, bathroom sink and shower are clogged. Additionally, lady in the kitchen is very rude. Worst experience! Will never use this facility again.
