Clean rooms, slightly out dated hallways and carpet has stains but the room was nice. For the price it’s a great quality.

It wasn't the best. Room didn't have an alarm clock or any USB outlets.

besides the broken shower curtain rod that kept making the curtain fall open, i think i def would stay here again! it was by the freeway but you can’t even hear the cars pass by. also please note that there isn’t a safe to lock up valuables either, it was too necessary for me but i just want to note that for people who do use it. 10/10 i would stay again

Place is a joke! They charge $15 a night to park, I was there for 5 days and they claim to have breakfast at 6:00 am which is right around when I need to leave for work so it WOULD HAVE worked out perfect except the breakfast was NEVER put in the morning at least not at 6:30 or before. They front desk lady claimed the breakfast lady wasn’t there yet every morning while multiple people were in lounge waiting for it. I tried to call the manager to see if they could compensate some of my parking fees since I had to buy breakfast every morning but getting ahold of them was impossible. Apparently they are never there either. Staff was rude, the second floor smelt like weed, cigarettes and dirty ass. Never staying here again! There’s better deals and amenities at goodnight inn across the street….

Will definitely challenge all the charges.

Maybe I will not visit again until upgrade, definitely expect better with breakfast service. More than 1 hr left for breakfast timings but most items are over or refill is so slow.

The property was fine. However, . A broken glass on a door and front desk staff.

Very good nightly rate, but a few things could be fixed. Remove the $15 fee to park your car, as there is no valet. The elevator needs to be fixed to show what floor you are on when the doors open, and the water system needs to be checked. I took a shower that was warm, but definitely not hot enough and hot water is probably the most important thing to me as a traveler for a hotel stay. The location is good, it is next to a gas station and near McDonald’s if you need something to eat. The hotel staff could use some training, as they did not share what time breakfast is or any info about the wifi. Also I suggest allowing cash for the deposit, as being required to use my card is a downer. Now I’m stuck waiting for 2 weeks to ensure I actually get my money back. The deposit of $150 is also a downer, it should be $100 as the room itself was only $100. Overall I recommend the hotel and will use it again but fixing these issues will fix the experience in my opinion. The great things are I loved the room itself, the desk and tv. Rooms are not sound proof at all. The pool looked great!

When I showed up at 3pm to check in I was told my room wasn’t ready, told the staff I was working nights and I would be back in the am. Around 730 am I tried to check in my room only to be told they can no longer find my reservation. I called Expedia and they weren’t able to help but get me another hotel but everywhere was booked due to a tech convention in town. The hotel staff told me that by 10am they will be able to check me in for the week I just needed to wait. At 10 they informed me they just booked the room I was suppose to stay in. Mind you I just got done working a night shift and most hotels won’t let you check in at 10am. So my whole experience with this hotel and Expedia isn’t the greatest

Not much The carpet was very dirty you can smell the hallways of how bad it is even the room one was very dirty . The tub still had previous hair from someone . The elevator is so out of date do old so dirty . The pool hadn’t been clean their was dead flies n fees

The bed was comfortable The hotel is filthy. The carpets in the hallway and room was very dirty and had a lot of stains. The hotel has a number of bad smells as you walk through. Our bathroom was very dirty. There were long black curly hairs all over the floor when we went into the bathroom, and it looked like it was not cleaned at all. The girl at the front desk stopped with my check in three times when other customers walked up and interrupted to ask for assistance with their needs. One asked for towels, another asked for a replacement key, another asked for directions. With each interruption, she stopped helping me and walked away to assist them while I stood there waiting. The breakfast was terrible also. There were signs "out of sausage" , there was no cream cheese for the bagels. Just a few breakfast choices, and not good choices. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
