Nice design, clean rooms, great eating options Hard to say, maybe location, but it was 15 min to SJC. So true answer - all was good.

Hidden charges for everything; parking, breakfast, and other amenities given for free/included in all other hotels.

Pool/spa was not clean. We saw hair in several spots. Lobby smells really good. Good hot coffee and cold water. We stayed one night visiting a friend.

The lights in the bathroom will go off without warning while showering . I understand the goal is to save energy, but a warning or notice should be posted. Can you imagine a person of age attempting to turn off the water in the dark?

Put the comforters up against the window to see how dirty their blankets really are. Looks like mold inside of the blankets

I think parking should be free if the guest is staying at your property. You charging another $20 per day is a lot :( atleast have a fixed rate for the duration of the stay. The extra cost for parking. The locker safe in the room didnt really work.

I’m writing to raise a serious concern about my recent stay. Despite requesting daily housekeeping, my room was not cleaned on the 25th, 26th, or 27th. I contacted your front desk staff every single day, and each time they logged a request in your system to send housekeeping. No one ever came. Over three consecutive days, my room received no cleaning service at all. This is a significant lapse in the basic cleanliness and hygiene standards I expected and paid for. Given that the service was promised, logged, and repeatedly not delivered, I am requesting a refund for the affected nights. Please let me know how you’ll resolve this. I’m happy to provide my reservation details and the dates I contacted the front desk. Thank you, Chanukya
