Everything was fine, but the male staff member at the front desk was unfriendly.

We loved the cleanliness throughout the whole property, the rooms were amazing and so clean the beds and pillows were super super comfortable! Nothing.

The air conditioner couldn't be adjusted. The knobs/buttons were broken. The shower faucet kept dripping after finishing my shower and turning knob "off".

I booked the hotel through Expedia. When I arrived, the hotel required a physical credit or debit card for incidental charges. Unfortunately, I had accidentally left my wallet at home and therefore was unable to provide the required card. As a result, I was unable to stay at the hotel, and the hotel did not provide a refund.

Recommend to let every guest know that the A/C controls are in the wall.. did not know this when we entered the room. Otherwise so nice and clean

We've stayed here before and will still stay here in the future. Our only observation was the room we got on the first floor had more wear and tear and didn't seem as clean as we had before in a second floor room. But it was nothing too drastic and we still had a good visit. The front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast was well maintained and stocked.

Breakfast was great. Great plans to run outside. Windows don't black out, and I'm very sensitive to light. Otherwise, great spacious clean room

The staff was helpful and friendly and easy to deal with. Our room was clean, bed comfortable and spacious but it was facing the freeway which runs along the hotel and it was so very noisy and never let up so we didn't sleep well. In the morning I went to the front desk and requested a room change away from the freeway and was accommodated, thankfully. Our next night was quiet. I suggest if you decide to stay at this hotel to make sure you have a pool facing room.

They don’t have their clients guests put their license plate number down on the registration form. We had a vehicle that had a car alarm going off in the front desk help did not have any idea how to get a hold of the occupant that had the car to turn it off
