Rooms smelt like cigarettes. Floors and counters in bathroom were dirty and stained. Shower head was filthy and had black gunk on it

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Friends had to get new key cards. They couldn't get their door unlocked. The TV was not user friendly. Lots of choices but we were just looking for ABC to watch the NBA and it took way too long.

The staff were friendly. The room was dirty especially between the bed & nightstands.

Didn't eat the breakfast. Serving area looked dirty. The staff were all from India and standing out front when we pulled up having a smoke. Friendliness of the staff was non-existent. it almost seemed as if we were being checked into jail. The room had places that hadn't been cleaned or dusted. We didn't use the coffee pot because when we looked inside it was scaly and dirty looking. The staff hadn't cleaned it ever.

The rooms were clean and the front desk guy was very helpful. No pool

For a small town its ok i would stay again.

The bed was comfy and breakfast was good. Cleanliness could’ve been a lot better. There were spots in our room and bathroom, mainly corners and sides, where it had dust and just noticeable signs of previous stays. We also had stains on our bedding. When we asked to get new bedding, the lady behind the counter almost didn’t want to give us new ones because she didn’t have anyone to go to our room and out the new ones on.

The beds were clean and comfortable, the HVAC system worked OK. The shower controls were amical and gave me an acceptable experience The hallways were fairly musty and needed repairs. the vanity lacked a drain stopper as well as the tub. the complimentary breakfast was only there in name. very little except coffee was prepared. Too many little things adding up to a place that won't see my business again. thank You.

It was in a convenient location. The bed spread looked a little dirty and the pillows were somewhat flat. We used the pillows we brought with us instead. The room fragrance was very strong.

Breakfast was pretty good . It wasn’t great but no complaints. The room wasn’t clean, It wasn’t a wreck, just wasn’t clean. The counters nor the floor had been cleaned at all. We went to Walmart to buy cleaning wipes to clean it ourself. We ask the lady at the front desk for a broom and dust pan, and rather than her asking was there a problem and if there was that they would take care of it, she told us to make sure we brought it back. The gentleman that checked us in was nice but the lady that took over for him was there the remaining of our stay wasn’t friendly at all. Never saw her crack a smile. We couldn’t wait for our 2 days to be up so we couldn’t move to another location for 6 more days, and it was fantastic.

Our room was clean but it did smell like a wet dog. The hot water in the bathtub could not be adjusted so it never got hot enough for my liking. We also had no coffee cups or condiments for the in room coffee. The lotion dispenser was empty. The breakfast was very good though.

I was “upgraded” rooms because the one I was in, the bedding wasn’t washed. It smelled like a**…. So that was nice. The WiFi is bad, weak signal in the rooms. It’s Not that big of a deal, but no soap in the dispenser, light bulbs burned out. However-It was $76/ night. You definitely pay for what you get.

When we checked in they charged my card, then told us our room was on the second floor with no elevator. I explained that I was a senior with stair issues. Upon going up the stairs I fell so hard that two guest heard it and came out to see what happened. I called down to the front desk and I was told there was nothing can be done. We checked out the next morning asking for a refund for the second night, because I can't deal with the steps. I was told that there was nothing can be done, But they would tell the manager. I asked to complete a insurance incident report and was told they don't have those. I will be visiting my doctor upon my return home.
