staff waking me up @ 8 am to clean my room wasn't so pleasant but other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Value, location, comfort, ease of checking in, friendly staff Continental breakfast was less than standard,, no eggs or sausage. Coffee was very generic, not tasty at alll

The carpet was so new you could still smell the newness!! And brought back breakfast!!!

Decent room just wish the nightstands had an outlet to plug into. Both stands have built in outlets/charging ports. But only one side of the room has electrical outlets. The breakfast at 815 was a couple piece of toast or Cheerios or there was one banana.

Front desk girl super nice. Room was nice and clean. The web site said they have breakfast. Pictures showing waffle maker full breakfast bar. When all they had was dry cereal and one loaf of white dry bread. No butter, no jelly, nothing else. Also, website shows a pool. No pool... and it's been gone for a long time. The reason we were told is there was a flood and the property had to be renovated. Don't you think you had long enough to update the websites??? Feels like the price is higher because we were mislead about breakfast and the pool. Sad for families and kids. Fix it please.

Location was fine. The rooms were super clean which was nice. Bed was comfortable. The gal who checked us in was great...super friendly and helpful. The decor in the room was very depressing...everything in shades of gray with not one decorative element. The breakfast was somewhat disappointing; it would have been nice to have yogurt, hot water for cocoa or tea, and a few options besides toast and cereal.

The property was well maintained the only problem I had was the shower head needed to be replaced. It was coming out the side of the head so the shower pressure was not that great.

There was no breakfast at this location but the coffee provided in the lobby in the morning was excellent. The front of the building had some chairs outside which was nice but it would have been nicer if there were some plants or flowers there.

The room was very clean but they didn’t have breakfast the beds were very hard and if you wanted to watch tv you had to put in your streaming information in and then remember to remove it before checking out. They were however remodeling after switching hands and going to bring breakfast back at some point and the staff were very helpful.

Not much. The walls were so thin you could hear every footstep and voices. Next door the dog was barking and people were yelling at 10 pm. At midnight the dog was still barking and we could hear talking and the tv right next door. Management did speak with them but then the dog was barking again at 5 or 6 am. I am not sure why we got put in a room next to a dog. We slept very little. I feel we should have been moved or compensated.

Some of the nicest owners and staff I have ever dealt with at a hotel!! Definitely will stay here everytime I am in town they won my business over without a doubt!!!
