Fairfield Inn & Suites Fremont

Our room was clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was hot and delicious. The staff was helpful.

They do have a waffle maker which was great because my grandkids love waffles. I had a small pet. They have a nonrefundable pet fee of$75. I did not see anything about a pet fee on the Expedia website. Honesty if i had known that I would not have stayed because there were other hotels in town that do not charge and their hotel rates were just as comparable. I only paid it because it was late, 8pm, I was Hot very tired sweaty dirty and frustrated. Hence I paid n extra 75 bucks. This was in Fremont Nebraska. I live here in Fremont and needed a room because my Home air conditioner broke down. This is my honest review.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating My tv kept cutting off but that was the least of my worries.

The morning breakfast was very, very good. Lots of options. Sausage gravy was to die for. It was very good. Lois who helped out in the kitchen and set the breakfast up really did a wonderful job. I thought the property was very nice. They really wasn’t anything that you could dislike.

Clean, crisp linens, comfortable bed, amazing pillows.

Very friendly staff. The person who checked us in was wonderful. I believe his name was Arthur. Also Lois was in the breakfast area and she was so pleasant and helpful. I wish you had an exercise bike in the facilities. I recently had a knee replacement and that would have been very helpful.

Could not access the wi-fi no matter how much I tried. My friend couldn’t either. I’ve never had trouble accessing wi-fi but this was not user-friendly. Wanted to send important business email but couldn’t. Wi-fi access (see above)

The rooms are clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. There’s a lady that has worked the dining area for about 10 years, so it’s nice to see her face every time I visit. The pool is a bit pointless, it’s too small to swim in. But it’s always a good experience and great location.

Great staff! Lois delivered awesome breakfast for us guests. Front desk were helpful making sure we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back again😊.

Great Didn't have hair dryer

Hands down this is the best hotel in Fremont! Comforter on the bed was cozy as was the mattress. Nice walk in shower with back lit mirror over the sink. They offer a complimentary beverage bar 24 hours a day. Breakfast was very good with different hot items to choose from, including lots of healthy choices. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast was great. Lois was so helpful. Made sure our stay was enjoyable and asked several times if she could get us anything. The manager stopped at our table when we were having breakfast to greet us and ask about our stay and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again

Friendly and caring staff. Terry, the manager, came in from home, late in the night, due to a room key card problem. She was fast and took care of the problem.

As expected

Very good experience. Even used the elliptical. Clean and quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Close to many restaurants. Nothing.

The only slightly negative thing I could say would be that this morning kitchen staff was a little hard to find. We had to go find someone when the coffee was empty twice.
