Holiday Inn Express Fremont by IHG

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Facilities were were cute and fairly well maintained . Breakfast was standard no complaints

The stay was awesome. But going through Expedia was a nightmare. They prices were different when i checked out and things were never fixed by the end of my stay.

The room and breakfast was fantastic!!! We got a Suite, w/ 2 queen beds and sleeper sofa. It easily sleeps 6; could be more with an air mattress, if needed/allowed. The only issue we had was after a long drive, checking in, then dinner, we had just a few minutes for the pool. The guy who checked us in knew we got checked in late, but kicked us out of the pool at 10 sharp. The hours were 8 to 10 which is silly. In the past, we have stayed at other locations and the staff had allowed the doors to the pool to stay open a while longer to accommodate. So after a long drive, check in, finally getting dinner, changed and getting to the pool, my kids had less than 10 minutes to swim/play. Kids deserve to wind down during travel. I gave four stars for this because I believe that if you’re paying for a hotel that has a pool, especially a really cool pool like this one does, that they should keep the doors open longer, till 12a, and consider the fact that people are traveling and part of the fun is the pool! We ended up needing to take the kids back to the pool to play in the morning for an hour which of course delayed our plans for the day. The water pump for the slide, as well as the whale and turtle, were also broken. Staff should be more accommodating/friendly, especially when they can see a 4 yr old has been looking forward to that pool all day. It was the sole reason for booking THIS particular hotel, 40 minutes away from our destination the next morning!

Very nice and quiet

Our now to stay spot when in Fremont! Loved the noon checkout- helpful staff- great breakfast- kids loved the pool. Pool area has hallway seating for adults so you don’t have to sit in the humid pool area (my kids are 12 and 10)

Everything rooms were clean breakfast was delicious but the thing I liked the most was a decent shower head usually in Holiday Inns they are a little shower head that takes you longer to take a shower? Not a thing it was perfect. This was the first time visiting Fremont. Beautiful city

Room was nice and clean and spacious. Pool area was clean perfect for our young boys. Breakfast wasn’t anything special while food wasn’t very warm. Hotel is clean and a fairly new update.

Loved the breakfast

the pool is great for kids, the breakfast offered lots of good options and was well tended by staff. They made our group feel very welcome. The whole hotel feels very new and fresh.

The breakfast dining area was perfect for our afternoon 90th birthday party. The staff was very accommodating.

The staff unfriendliness not willing to help someone who’s plainly needed. Help put an incorrect room thankful for other guest, who was also very upset with front desk, who helped me through the snow.
