Best Western Plus Fresno Airport Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean room, friendly staff, outdoor pool, including a full delicious breakfast and free parking.

A little noise with 2 small dogs in the lobby,,other than that , I happy !! And considering to go back again

Check-in was a breeze. The staff was so helpful! We let them know we were excited to use the pool and after checking-in, getting our swimsuits on and heading back down the elevator they greeted us with fresh towels remembering we were headed right for a swim! We also had to request extra bedding and towels and they were so accommodating and kind. We stayed in the 2 Queen Suite. It was clean and spacious. The showers made some strange noises as the water pressure adjusted but that’s typical in many hotels. You can’t beat this place (right across the street from the airport) for the price and location!

Location close to airport The rooms are a bit dated. Bed too soft for my liking. Writing desk was broken. TV didn't work, I had to change room. Staff was friendly and helpful though.

Amazing stay very clean loved there water station in the lobby it was good tasting filtered water the room was spacious almost like a studio sheets were clean and comfy I’d definitely would stay here again!!

This place is very clean and the staff was more than cordial and accommodating. Food and gas close by and room service available too.

We had an early flight, but they had some grab and go items at the counter for us.

Staff were very friendly and it's in a good location. Our air conditioner had a nasty sour smell that filled the room while it was on. Our shower wasn't fully cleaned when we showed up. There were hairs, a bar of soap, and a bunch of black residue was left on one of the shelves. The water pressure in the shower also kept going in and out, and the water never got as hot as I would have liked it to.

Great location. Their shuttle to the airport is awesome! Staff are super friendly and helpful. And the Starbucks next door is a bonus.
