Quality Inn Fresno Yosemite Airport

Customer service was not that great the room smelled like really bad and they couldn’t accommodate to extra pillows as they only gave us 4 small pillows. I had to ask for extra towels as well since the shower kept spilling water in the floor

The room is very clean and comfy. Air conditioner is excellent. The breakfast is light. Can't go wrong with waffles, but boiled eggs and sausage links would be nice. The price is right for what Quality Inn offers and it worked for me because my family that I was visiting live nearby.

First room I received was very smoky. The next room was on the 2nd floor. No elevator. No airport shuttle.

Hotel was fine for one night. Rooms are run down and could use a renovation. Breakfast was limited but adequate.

Great staff .

Hotel could use an upgrade

We liked the upkeep of the hotel. Walls were in good condition. Spackled and painted. Much better than Days Inn. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast lacked eggs. No bread, bagels or English muffins. The room was very clean. Our room #142 had a mattress that must be very old.. Sagged in the center. Liked the softness of the sheets. Liked the pillows. Air conditioner did not keep the room cool enough. Plan to stay at Quality Inn in the future.

This place was within walking distance of the airport. The ride to return our rental car was less than 5 minutes. Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet. They had a nice breakfast, something a lot of other hotels on our vacation didn't have. I'd stay here again.

.

Our company loves Quality Inn. This is amongst a few hotels that our crew loves. They are easy to work with and staff are always friendly. When we requested a refund for a night we were not able to use due to our project getting done sooner than expected, they issue a refund right away. Quality Inn is just a delight to work with. Will definitely recommend and come back again, for sure!

Served its purpose but is in dire need of renovations.

Good for short stay!

Good price and very close to airport

Breakfast was minimal, beds are not comfortable. Place appears a little run down

Near to airport . Close to the reception area there was a couple of big hole's on the road that almost gave us a flat tire. The swimming pool was closed.

Good

Air conditioning would run and never cool the room down on a 100 + degree day. Worst lobby and one of the worst continental breakfasts ever.

Always great service

The air conditioning wasn’t on in the hotel or my room and it was over 100 that day. It took hours to cool the room down to a temperature I could sleep in.
