No wifi in room

Shower hardly worked

We didn't have breakfast. We also checked in late, around 6 pm on Sat. The room is decent; the carpet is pretty old. We didn't really stay inside the hotel room till next day at 2 am. Stayed in for 8 hours, then checked out at 10:30 A, M,

When we arrived we were told w head the last king room. Check in was easy enough. Get up to the room and the first thing I notice is a false eyelash, stuck by its adhesive, to the night stand. The upholstered chair was gross. The walls were peeling. The toilet seat was peeling all over. There was a hole in the bathroom door covered in tape. Carpet looked like it needs replacing. And no trash bags in the trash cans. I was told this is because it’s bad for the environment and yet they had lots of single use plastic in other places. When I called the front desk to first mention the eyelash the lady said “housekeeping must’ve missed” no apology or nothing. Didn’t really seem like she cared. And there was no other rooms to switch us to. Didn’t offer to send up housekeeping or anything.

This hotel is very clean and comfortable the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cool spot. Different from traditional stays. The lobby on the 2nd floor. Parking under. Free park 🙌 Breakfast was good. The thing i was wondering about is there's a lot of people hanging out in the parking area? Haha not sure if they part of the hotel. But this place is good.

Cleanest grounds around Fresno, but lacks a picking up on customer "clippings" of trees and bushes...though, it's not deterring customers. Access needs an improvement and screws removed from windows and another plan for homeless invaders.

The next nights was a week later before my flight home. Again, great service and staff is so friendly. The homemade waffles in the morning at the breakfast made my day!

The room is clean. Breakfast only the waffle is good.

The room was stifling… mediocre air conditioning at best. The shower water took forever to reach a decent temperature to shower … look for other options that focus on quality by the airport… skip this one

It’s always a pleasant stay for me when I go. The rooms are always very clean. Steps are very friendly good breakfast air conditioner great.

Adequate. Nothing special and things just above the acceptable standard.

Very convenient to the airport when travelling. Breakfast could use more options. Rooms were very clean and the staff has always been polite and welcoming.

As you would expect a hotel next to the airport to be without breaking the bank.

It was amazing and close to the park
