Really nice inside pool

The location is good for the airport, but the hotel is in dire need of a renovation. Carpet in the halls is very dirty. The rooms are dated and worn out.

My family are returning guests, we have lodged here 2 other times before. Pool area is a nice spot to hang out with the family. We had a good night rest, Continental breakfast hit the spot. We had a restful stay. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review is due to the outdated rug throughout the hallway corridors.

The pool area was OK. There was a lot of mosquitoes and we got bitten by so many The carpet was so dirty Didn’t wanna try breakfast Everything was out of service ice machine, the bar. Keys would rarely work so we had to walk back to the front desk, when we got to the front, there was nobody there so we had to wait in a long line of people that were waiting to get the room.

NO ICE AVALABLE NO ACCES FROM THE OTHER ENTRY DOORS IN THE BUILDING IS A LONG WALK TO MAKE IT TO YOUR ROOM BREAKFAST TO SIMPLE THE AC UNIT TO NOICE

Everything was okay until I was ready to go back home and realized they had broken into my truck and destroyed my ignition switch and my steering wheel column 😤

The room furniture was very old and raggedy. But the bed was comfortable. The shower curtain was ripped. The shower Mat had holes in it. And was old with cracks, I let the front desk know that those needed to be changed out. Breakfast smelled and looked amazing. However, the sausage had a twang to it like it was old meat. The staff was very nice. I give kudos to the lady who worked the breakfast area. Because a family left a large mess on the floor and she was right on it to pick it up. She was very professional and nice and kept the breakfast bar nice and neat. It was a little upsetting, knowing that the pool was closed from 10pm to 11am when people may want to go swimming at 9 or 10am in the morning before they leave.I would stay here again.I have been to worse hotels, and it looks like they were doing renovations. I give a big shout out to your employees for customer service!

It was good. I love the indoor pool. The AC did not work well, the carpet needs to be cleaned too.

It’s a shame that whyndam has their name on this location. Unbelievably convenient to airport but that is about it

The room was old and run down. Mini refrigerator didn't work. Bathroom in need of repairs and updating.

The carpet is too old and bumpy . I almost tripped. Rolling your suitcase is hard because of the carpet bumps. They don’t slide easily.

Needs new carpet throughout building. Pool was freezing and hot tub didn't work. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the best part of our stay.

Breakfast was hot and fresh. Overall, it fit our needs perfectly as a place to sleep after flying in the late from the East Coast. Good launching point towards Yosemite or Sequoia and Kings Canyon. Just showing its age a bit. I would stay again.

Just don't do it. Still waiting for the manger to give be a call about bug bites and roaches. Smell horrible. Pool ice cold.

Easy check in with friendly staff ! We loved the pool during our stay , such a relaxing atmosphere!! Definitely would book again.
