Minor annoyances that are easy to fix: There were no towels at the pool, and we asked for towels and they were never brought out. To be fair, our room had towels. If you had told us we won't have towels at the pool, we would happily have brought our towels down to the pool. Just don't lie about providing towels at the pool if you don't intent to give them. More than once, I had an employee cut in front of me at breakfast (when I was the only person there!) to check if there was enough of something provided. I appreciate the breakfast and I appreciate checking and refilling. And I realize if there is a long wait, you can ask to squeeze in and take a look. But, when it is just me, do you have to slide in front of me? I will be lifting the tray openings up, if you are just checking, could you just look when I lift them?

Comfortable bedding, decent breakfast, super friendly staff. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast you would normally have at Holiday Inn. The area is safe and close to the airport.

Rom 207 had a smell, AC air was smelly as well

I’m grateful I chose to stay at this Holiday Inn Express location. Everything was fantastic from the staff to the room to the breakfast. It all meant a lot. Thank you!

Check-in was simple and the Room was very clean!

My only complaint is our room neighbors partied all night~loudly. The next morning I asked the front desk staff if they were leaving soon snd he said yes. That’s all I needed to know. Thank goodness they were only there one night it just happened to have been on our long travel day that started at 3 am.

Nice hotel, excellent complimentary breakfast. Clean, comfortable, loved the pillows.

The location and everything was clean. The front staff when ww check in the guy didnt explain to us we had to pay for parking.

Great location, clean room and pool. No coffee in the room and had to pay for parking.

Breakfast was amazing!! The sheets needed to be bleached. Had a smell that happens from body oil and the sheets not being bleached.
