Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fresno Airport by IHG

New, modern and CLEAN! Nothing.

The property is new and clean. Staff are very helpful Breakfast was plain, paper plates and paper cups, only thing good was the cereal. And there is still a little new construction smell if that is what it is

Place was really clean, easy check in Motorcycles revving in the middle of the night right outside our window. Guest above us was stomping/making so much noise at 3 am

Exceptional

Very clean room and nice staff

Superb

Property was new and very clean. Bed was comfortable

I liked the clean pool and the fact that coffee or tea is available 24 hours a day, thanks to a very good coffee machine in the lobby on the first floor. Whenever possible, when traveling to different cities, I try to stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. In different locations, I consistently feel satisfied with the service they provide. This hotel is one of the best I have stayed at.

This is the best we have ever been thank you

The room reeked of mold. They will scam you and say you smoked in the room without providing any actual evidence. Was charged $250 for absolutely nothing. Had to dispute the charges with my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Very clean no smoke smell The blinds didn’t go down it was hard to figure out

I only stayed for one night but it was a very pleasant night. Everything in the room felt and looked new. Instant hot water and perfect pressure in the shower. The bed was super comfortable and the blackout shades were amazing.

Superb

Location to airport, comfy beds Nothing

Nice hotel with modern amenities. Quiet, clean, very comfirtable bed, nice breakfast included, 12 minute walk to airport - what’s not to love?

The breakfast was awesome. One front desk clerk, when I asked for more printer paper for using their business computer, refused to “fill-up” the paper tray. He said I’ll give you 20 sheets, and after that I’ll need to charge you for more paper! There is no signage for that anywhere. And I had already printed at least 40 pages. Very disappointing and rude.

HI Xpress always consistent. breakfast is a bonus.

Property was clean , friendly and welcoming staff

Just the price for parking, don’t consider the elite program.
