The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

Very clean rooms. the dining room credit was nice and the breakfast was surprisingly very good at a decent value.

The location of the hotel was good. You will need a car to get around. Breakfast - really large portion. The potato’s were salty and the bacon was hard. Besides that, the breakfast was mid. You aren’t going to be hungry afterwards. The room - I thought all the rooms had wine glasses placed outside of the door. Then I realized, they haven’t picked it up from the previous stay/visitors. The pillows were flat but the bed was super comfy. Staff - super friendly , the check in and check out processed was smooth. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, The breakfast is good. The Staff helping with the rooms are helpful and cordial, the Staff in the front desk specially Stephanie needs more training on how to listen customer, I had to repeat my self at least two times and she determines facts instead of asking then confirming.

Dated hotel. Rooms were dark and dank. Pool was a joke.

Place was lovely and the view since the seven floor was amazing.People of the staff if so friendly.

Fantastic stay

The staff was very friendly and responded immediately when I reported an issue with my room, quickly moving me to another one, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the furniture in both rooms felt quite dated, and there were noticeable stains on some of the upholstery. I also found a dirty sock in my original room when I checked in, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, and the staff's professionalism helped make up for the initial issues.

The hotel is a great place. After I checked in I asked the male staff member at the front desk (6pm) to input my email address so a statement could be emailed to me. Well apparently he pretended to do so. The day I checked out I asked the lady what email they have and she said none. I would be ashamed as an adult to not fully do your job. He knows who I am. Hotel is great minus the male staff that didn’t do his job:
