Dream Inn

The rooms are huge, almost like small suites and offer exceptional value for money. They’re clean and bright and super modern. WiFi worked well and the AC kept the room nice and cool. Ample free parking. I’d 100% recommend this property for a downtown stay in Fresno. Really excellent little place.

A real gemb in the downtown area. Clean. * Tip: Don't forget to pack your own toiletries. Whoever they order tbeir shampoo from, ripped the hotel off. They deserve a refund, as the packets are nearly empty or dried up. Besides that small thing, it was a great price and the value was beyond my expectations.

Price Noisey all night. There were people in the courtyard talking and laughing as though no one else were staying there. The Fixture in bathtub needed repair.........Fixture in sink was so loose I thought it might drop off.....Bathroom needs soap and water.....door facings on both sides of the doors need to be washed.....overall clean of the walkway for remnants of people smoking out there....it was gross.

This is a budget motel ... don't expect 5 star but it is clean, comfortable and has everything you need, including a laundry. Reception guy was really helpful and friendly. Pool was good and plenty of TV channels. There is a Subway on site and a little market shop a couple of blocks away. Very close to Amtrak. Nothing. Enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, great location will always come back to this place The quietness

Every thing quite clean n no one bothers u Quietness

Pleasant

Clean room and easy parking.

Passable

Everything was fairly clean but the pool was gross there was, what looked like dog hair floating on top plus a bunch on the bottom and cigarette butts also floating on the water and the day guy at the desk took forever to come out to the front desk but the night guy was quick to be ready to help

Customer service was great. I thought the deposit fee was a little ridiculous though. The room however wasn't great. Sheets had what looked like cigaratte holes in them, A/C didn't work, fridge didn't work, cold water wasn't really working in the shower, faucett was broken just overall not a good room.

There was nothing I didn't like

I likes how comfy my room was There was nothing I didn't like

Book a room Expedia, arrived at the hotel to find out that everything was sold out, and I don’t have a room.

N/A

We stayed for one night, and overall, the hotel was a decent option for the price. The room was affordable and served its purpose for a short stay. However, the walls had some noticeable stains, and the pool could have been cleaner. The restrooms were clean and well maintained. Our AC unit was also slow to cool the room, which made it a little uncomfortable at times. Overall, it was an okay stay for the price, but there are a few areas that could use improvement.
