Unfortunately, the noise level was quite disruptive during our stay. There was very loud music playing until around 5 am, along with frequent motorcycle noise, which made it very difficult to sleep.

Very close to the downtown work location that I was in town to work from. Need a few more parking spaces for a "full house".

This is a really good location in downtown Fresno, not fancy but convenient, clean, and safe, easily walkable to lots of things, and good price. Nice people run it. There are a few minor maintenance things here and there, and the ice machine wasn’t working, but staff was very available to get you ice from the office.

Staff on front desk was amazing the room not so great has a unique bad smell, I didn’t look any thing like a best western

Economical hotel with clean rooms and helpful staff. Easy parking. Good location.

We loved everything about the hotel only things were we used the shampoo in the bathroom and it left our hair very stiff and ruff. And it was very quiet where we were but don't go out at night . too many homeless, and people on drugs . Also the beds were on metal frames. I would also hit my knee on the metal bed.

Not a thing the room I was given there was a missing bathroom light fixer there was electrical wires close out the bath room wall next to the shower which did not have a shower door it was missing which caused all the shower water to spray every where In bath room which made it unsafe due to the electrical wires hanging out the wall next to the shower head. There was blood on the wall the light fixer did not work the owner said it was a blown out fuse so I had no light in my room. The owner got upset when I asked him about all the safety issue and why he put me in an unsafe room which clearly was still being worked on. I paid 300.00 dollars and I was on there for 8 hrs from the time I checked into my room about 11pm Saturday. The owner got upset with me and kicked me off the property even though I’d paid till Monday. I eventually called the police and the police came out to investigate I also recorded the whole room and situation with the police present. The police told the owner he was wrong for putting me up in that unsafe room and that it was a hazardous room. I received a police report and I left the property. It was a horrible experience never had I experienced anything like that. If you need the video to prove my statement I can send it to you along with the police report number. It was a pretty chill Labor Day weekend here. I thought the pool would be warmed but it wasn’t. That’s okay. The rooms were nice. The bathroom shower didn’t have a door it was like a walk in. Staff were really nice. Bathroom was badly painted and shower had cracks in it. I think their housekeeping could use better smelling cleaning products. Breakfast was so mid. They don’t have coffee creamer.
