The shower had mold on the shower head. The electrical outlets didn’t work.

Keys stopped working serval times. Work out equipment didn't work

Booked this for a business trip, one of my coworkers wouldn’t even stay there because of the smell - damp and mold. He left at 2am. I stayed one night - the carpet was worn and Dittly, the door jams and trim was all beat up, it smelled damp, etc… and then changed hotels the next morning. The front desk staff was so friendly and welcoming - they really don’t deserve any negative energy. This isn’t on them, it’s more of a building maintenance issue.

. The walls seemed dirty. Everything looked ran down. The toilet was clogged the first time I used it. ( with normal usage). Both the shower and sink were slow draining. the staff seemed nice but there was no composition when I mentioned it. I ended up leaving in the middle of the night because I was uncomfortable with the cleanliness.

It did its job. Sleep and shower. The facility was out dated. Lots of sketchy people around the area. No microwave. No little refrigerator coffee machine did not work. Breakfast was ok. No eggs.

Exceptional

The service wasn't very good, especially in the morning. The air conditioning kept cutting out all night, making it very hot; even when I turned the setting down, it would go back up on its own after a while. Regarding breakfast—which is continental and supposedly served from 6:00 to 9:00—we arrived at 8:00 and found nothing but bread; the waffle trays were empty. When we asked the employee, he just said, "Yeah, it's coming," but they never replenished anything—not even the juice. I could only have bread and coffee. To return the key, I had to wait quite a while for an employee to show up.

Breakfast was all out by 7:45am , was looking forward to having breakfast before departure, other than that everything was great

The front desk were very nice and the breakfast lady was very sweet being very helpful. There’s a whole bunch of unhoused people walking all over the facility didn’t feel safe. The beds were comfortable in the room, but the room itself was not clean properly. And on the corners of the restroom, you can see that there are roaches.

Breakfast is decent. Our room has only dripping of hot water, you have to take shower in cold water if you the cold water bigger. Window ac makes noise when it comes on. The room and bed are decent.

Easy freeway access however the pictures of the rooms are updated but the room was not which is misleading.

Upon entering the lobby you are met with a virtual agent, you basically check yourself in and make your own keys. Our room had what appeared to be mold in the bathroom and shower. The ice machines are limited and not even marked where they are located. Access to a live customer service agents is limited, knowledge of systems are lacking.
