Quaint. Old but cared for. Construction noise.

Excellent small hotel with great amenities We loved it all.

Positives: The location is excellent, the lodge sits right on the main street, which made it very convenient. The hot breakfast served each morning was also a nice plus. Major issue: The biggest problem was the ceiling fan in my room. It made a loud clanging noise that kept me awake the entire first night. I reported it to the front desk and was told it would be fixed. When I returned late the second night, nothing had been done. There was no follow-up, no offer to move rooms and no real concern shown. It felt like the staff already knew about the issue and simply expected the guest to put up with it until checkout. That lack of basic consideration left a very poor impression. Overall, while the location and breakfast were fine, the noise problem and the indifferent response from management made the stay disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel unless they address maintenance issues and show better care for guests’ comfort.

This hotel is lying when they say they have parking. They have about 20 rooms, but only about 6 parking spots.

This place truly makes you feel at home. A very wonderful staff and beautiful views! Amazing truly the rooms and facilities are adorable and every single thing is so detailed down to complete perfection! I can’t name a single thing I disliked. The town was beautiful. Amazing people, comfy beds, internet access was great. Tons of movie selections. I guess if ur a TV buff maybe bring something for ur streaming services.

Still awesome. Cozy!!! Since 1885. It has its quirks but that makes it special. They go the extra mile. Super Kind and welcoming!!! No

It was quaint Room with bathroom was very small. Stairs to room very steep.

I loved the location, the cute cosy vibe, and the extras like breakfast and happy hour! I wish they had bikes you could rent. Our room was a tad hot too, but not too bad. It was also the middle of summer.

Perfect location in the middle of Frisco. Friendly staff, nice happy hour with music. Quaint little place!

The location in the center of downtown Frisco couldn’t be better. The staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. The breakfast (eggs benedict) was delicious. They also provided happy hour. There was a locked separate bike storage room, which we appreciated. I love the quirkiness of the lodge, built in 1885. This was my second visit and two others joined me, based on my recommendation. They will be back, too.
