Wow, this hotel has been upgraded since we last stayed there (it wasn't a Marriott then). It's been really nicely done, modern and new, easy parking that is free, staff were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean hotel! Lots of pillows! There are some very strong perfume-y smells throughout the hotel and we didn’t care for the light that shines right through the bathroom door (not helpful to those trying to sleep). It is a very nice hotel.

nice remodeled hotel, clean rooms, great bed, refrigerator and shower. Nice lobby with large bar and breakfast area (although I did not eat/drink there). excellent location- right off I-70 and 9 to get around. Less than 5 minute walk to Outter Range, Whole Foods and everything in the Safeway shopping center. Easy parking. close to all of downtown Frisco and easy drive to Breck, Copper, Vail...

Great location, easy to get to and close to grocery store and restaurants. Rooms are large and well appointed. Nice lobby and bar area.

Staff was rude, hot tub small, $20 for breakfast. Would have gone to another hotel if I stayed more than 1 night.

Location was excellent for our overnight accommodation when traveling. Just off I 70. Room was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and pleasant. Frances ‘Ces’ checked us in and went out of her way to be helpful for our needs. Our room was very comfortable. Had a slight problem with hair dryer, otherwise it was exceptional.

Beds were not comfortable. Staff did not communicate anything at check in (amenities, to do stuff, breakfast, etc). It was like checking in with a robot and give you no information on anything.

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Food insight and nearby restaurants. They charge $10 a day to park at the hotel.

Sorry this is what we didn't like. The staff we really liked was Sheila at the bar. So friendly and informative! The drinks were good and we enjoyed food from the menu. Chef did well! Too bad you don't offer a free breakfast with a room. We are Hilton Honors members for many of their hotels who offer a nice breakfast. We did enjoy a complimentary Starbucks coffee. Toilets for older folks are awful. I think you want to improve my squats!! Pillows are great. I obviously turned these 2 categories around. :)
