New Summit Inn

Big room - Due to the old carpets, I could smell a very bad odor coming from the stairs, hallways, and rooms. - During our stay (three days), none of the sheets were changed. - Because our room overlooked the parking lot of large trucks and trailers, the sounds of their horns and gasping for air disturbed our peace at night and we did not sleep well. - The lavatory was not in the bathroom, but in the room, and it was very small.

Everything appeared clean. Its and older property but it looks like they try hard to keep it up. Bed could have been better. Everything was clean but the bed appeared to have a thin matress.

Our room was spacious and very clean. We checked in late and still greeted with a smile. The Main Street of Frisco is a relaxing 3 block walk and from there you can catch the free bus taking you into Breckenridge. A small natural food grocery store and fast food is next door or you can go across the street for Walmart.

I've stayed here multiple times and it's always been great. Quiet and comfortable, and the owners are very friendly. They kindly let me change the date of my stay when I got sick the night before my trip. The location is convenient, right off the Dillon Dam Road and Highway 9. You can walk to the rec path from the hotel. Nothing, it was all good!
