We were given keys that didnt work at check-in, and then only to find we were assigned the wrong room. When we did get into the right room, the toilet was completely out of service with only a half roll of paper provided, and at night the Air conditioner was rattling so bad we had to shut it off. We would have been much better off completing 3 more hours driving to our destination - this was a waste of our time and money.
-
Additionally we had tried to call the front desk the night of our arrival to request extra toilet paper as there was no spare roll. No one answered and the mailbox was full and could not accept incoming messages.

First room had a c not working and dismounted.

The whole place was very clean ans the rooms were nice!

The air conditioning unit wasn’t working. The staff managed to get the unit running, but unfortunately, I couldn’t turn it off, causing it to run continuously throughout the night. It made it difficult to get a decent nights rest.

All of the amenities were not available, the swimming pool was not yet approved by the city. The elevators to the 6th floor was not available, our room was on the 6th floor.

There was an odd odor in the hotel. And in our room the AC unit was next to the bed so cold air blew directly on person in bed. Not comfortable! We do not think we would stay here again.
-
The pool is closed they failed to mention at check in. Also the first floor smells like wet dog and poop. Beds were the only good thing in the whole building! I would not recommend

The room was updated and clean. I had difficulty locating a staff member to check out as Reception was unmanned at 7 am. After searching hotel for 10 minutes I found someone. Again when went for breakfast, no staff member could be located to sign in for breakfast. I gave up looking.

Room was clean but hot the central air didn’t work so we plugged the old one up and it was loud so had trouble sleeping the room next to us was smoking cigarettes and some other strange smell was coming from their room breakfast was 16 and it was basic continental breakfast which was cold. Then I was charged full payment when I already reserved it with my credit card

The worst stay I have ever had!! First when I arrived I was told the room I booked had a leak so I was given a different room. After settling in I was going to shower as I had been driving all day. The water was cold and when I called the front desk they told me the boiler was out. This was something they neglected to inform me before checking in! When I asked to speak with the manager I was told she’d be back in the morning. I was also told the boiler would be fixed within the next hour. When I woke up in the morning I tried to shower again and still no hot water. I asked for the manager again and she was still not in. I asked the front desk to have her contact me and she never did. I tried calling several times after I left and still no manager. This place simply kept neglecting my requests and didn’t even offer a discount or anything for my unpleasant stay. Very unfortunate as this hotel chains is one of my favorite stays when traveling.

When we first arrived, none of the closed amenities were brought to our attention. That should have been mentioned immediately. Once we got our room key, we got upstairs to our room with all our luggage only to find out the ac wasn’t working. A trip back downstairs and we were given another room. Upon entering our 2nd room it looked clean and inviting until we discovered a dirty pillow case and marks on the flat sheet. Then, after a stressful start to our visit, I decided to have a shower only to discover there was absolutely no hot water. Apparently you have to let the water run for a good 15-20 minutes to get hot. How horrible to waste water like that! Especially after Colorado had no snow fall this winter. We will not return. Location was good. We didn’t eat there since it was $15.99 a person to eat. Wow! Not even complimentary breakfast! You get cold coffee in the lobby. You would think you’d get a little more after paying what we did! Come on guys, do better.

Would not recommend to anyone.

The laundry room had one working washer (two broken), which required waiting for another guest to finish. Staff was very helpful though (we needed quarters). One of the hallways smelled weird. I wouldn’t pay extra for a balcony, all I saw was a work truck parked in another parking lot. The room didn’t have any soap in the shower which was also annoying. (Dispenser was empty). Maybe it’s better during ski season, we were just popping into Breck while traveling.

Then, on our second day, someone walked into our room. They had assigned our room, and given a key to, another customer. Someone literally opened up our hotel room door and walked in thinking it was their room.
-
The accessible room with the roll-in shower had no seat or bench in it, so I was unable to take a shower. There was also no shower wand, just a shower head way up high. Very poor bathroom setup. The A/C unit was barely functional and made a horrible noise. It struggled to keep the room below 72 degrees even though I had it on all night long.

Didn't even show up and they charged my card. Classy!

The restaurant was out of most food and drinks. Meals came half in tact and we were charged full price. I would never stay there again

The hotel is clean, tidy, and the staff were wonderful. The first room we checked into had a broken air conditioner and they were able to switch to a room without a broken one. The room was cozy, clean and efficient. The mini fridge worked well and kept drinks/medications cold. The bathroom was clean and tidy, well lit too. Nice stay and wonderful staff. Perfect for an overnight while passing through exploring the surrounding mountains.
