The free breakfast was confusing because when you walk in they want to charge 15.99 a person despite it says it’s free online. I showed the very nice gentleman working what it said in the app and he had to walk to the front desk to verify that we got free breakfast. The front desk should just give everyone a voucher when you check in.

We had dogs barking in the room next to us our entire stay. Starting at 7am until well over 1am. Pool was closed. No arcade. Air conditioning turns on and off room raises 7 degrees before it will even kick on. There was consistently no staff at front desk.

I booked a kind and they didn't have one. Not a problem only that everyone else that was checking in had the same problem, which means...

We stayed in town for our anniversary. Front end was very helpful. The breakfast was not good at all. I was charged $40 on hotels.com, but the hotel charged $15.99 for the breakfast. WTH?! The food section was unclean, food was cold, and there was very little food even available. Extremely disappointed!

The lobby looked newly remodeled, and it was nicely done, however….. where you’re actually going to spend your time ( THE ROOMS!), were dark, dingy and we’re in the halls that were also dark and dingy and difficult to navigate. I would not stay here again as there are cleaner and more updated places for the same price.

The rooms shower was broken and not handicapped accessible as advertised, no breakfast as advertised

When I got there to check in they sold out of rooms with working hot water, the sink in my room did not work and they did not know how to provide a discount for the inconvenience

No hot water, key to door didn't work, we were told not to leave our rooms because the key wouldn't work again and we'd be locked out, window boarded over, elevator broken.

On a positive note, it has access to the bike path. I would not stay here again.

Housekeeping did not take care of our room unless we specifically asked. Even though we did NOT put the do not disturb out. Restaurant staff was amazing. Very personable and pleasant. Food was good too

The pool also was shut down, which I knew prior to going to the property, but still would've liked to use it. Lastly, they didn't seem to have wifi. We wanted to watch netflix on our tv and that also was unavailable. Overall an okay stay. Probably wouldn't stay again unless circumstances were different!

Multiple times we could not find any employees at the front desk. We had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk so we could check in. We tried calling someone and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. We also had cold water in the shower for the majority of the time. When leaving the elevator wasn’t working.

It was a maze to even find the room. Room was very hot ac seemed to not work well. The room could have been a little cleaner. The bathroom faucet was leaking on the floor.

Room was clean however no hot water the entire time - breakfast was not worth the charge - won't choose this one again
