They have tried to update the furnishings but it could use a deep clean. No AC but the window fan helped. The breakfast was simple. The location was handy to walk to the main restaurants and shops in town. I loved the old touch of the stove and fridge unit. It was very nostalgic.

No a/c fan only, windows have to be open. Which is a safety concern and noise level higher. Could smell car exhaust and wild fire smoke entering through windows and fan. Bed was hard and don’t a get a good rest. Left as so as possible didn’t wait on breakfast there. Felt like I overpaid for this stay. Don’t know this hotel got such a high rating. Hotels.com got this one wrong.

Right downtown in the heart of Frisco. Rooms were clean. Staff was nice. No issues.

Staff are adequate but not overly friendly.

This is a hidden gem. The location is awesome. We walked everywhere we wanted to explore in Frisco. The property is not modern but clean and comfortable. The price point was excellent for people traveling on a budget. The trade offs for the value were a modest breakfast and no air conditioning. Breakfast was not a problem because there's so many good options within walking distance. The lack of air conditioning was mitigated by window fans that drew in cool mountain air overnight. We'd stay here again!

Had a good 2 nights here. Lovely comfy beds although bed linen very worn. Shower was good. Staff were very nice . There is no air con but we were lucky it wasn't too hot. There's a fan attached to window. The best bit was we could walk to all the shops and dining options. It needs a good refurb. Highly unlikely we'd stay again because of no air con.

I like the character of this hotel and the location is perfect! Free parking even!

The staff at this older quaint little hotel are incredible.

It was close to all the shops and it did have a great little kitchen with a big refrigerator and another small refrigerator. It was quiet! The king size bed that I had was very uncomfortable and I woke up several times trying to get comfortable. The breakfast was not desirable at all so I went out for breakfast. Also, they have a fan in the window, but if you want your curtains closed, you don’t get the air so they really need a fan inside the room so you can have some privacy. The young lady who checked me in was helpful but the man that took my key in the morning was pretty gruff!

Did not stay had no air condition. Cancelled No air conditioner

Very good continental breakfast includes cereal, waffles, pastries, boiled eggs, fresh fruit, juice, coffee. Bed has 4 pillows. Large screen TV. Good water pressure. No A/C but not a major issue with window fan and screens covering windows.

I love how central the location was. Great food and fun shopes. Near all the places to be in Colorado. Stay with confidence. Its clean cute and unique

I love that there is free parking! Also, the decor is super cute. It has a 70's vibe and it is very clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay!

Yes, it's quirky because it's dated. And we love staying here. Perfect downtown location. Easy to find and park. Wish we had been able to spend a couple of nights. Super clean room and comfortable bed.

The motel has a few objective advantages. The location is good, the large private parking lot is convenient, the staff is friendly and the price is cheap. There was an awful, musty motel smell in the room, not helped by a carpet that has clearly seen better days. Cleanliness is highly questionable as everything was dusty and the room's equipment and furnishings are completely outdated (with the single exception being a huge TV).

You can have ventilation OR privacy but NOT both. There is no air conditioning and the only source of ventilation is a set of windows that face the hallway. Which means if you want oxygen or cool air you need to open the windows and the curtains, and everyone walking by can see and hear everything you're doing. There is a fan (glued to the window!) and if you arrange the curtains very carefully around the fan you can get some visual privacy (except for the hole for the fan). Even with the fan on full blast the room was too warm and stuffy because there is nowhere for the incoming air to go. The bathroom doesn't have a ventilation fan or window (is that even legal?) so any smells from the bathroom will go into the room. The room should at least come with a can of air freshener! The free breakfast is pretty minimal, cold items only (cereal, yogurt, fruit), no hot food.

The initial impression was not what we expected, but after staying a night is was a nice place for the money. It’s not a new motel with all the amenities, but it is clean, comfortable, centrally located, staff was polite and helpful. I honestly don’t mind a little nostalgia motel\hotel and this place has it. I’d stay there again
