Location is great. Happy Hour 1st drink is free. Street side gathering spot comfortable. My room wasn't accessible as advertised - no grab bars in the shower. My so called accessible room was the farest from the front door, not accessible from the hotel to the hotel parking area, and high thresholds especially at the main entrance. Didn't like the fact that there was no front desk or no on-duty 24/7 staff and the entry to the hotel and your room was by a key code.

The staff here are amazing! It and the hotel is homey and clean! We felt so welcomed while we celebrated our anniversary in Frisco, Colorada and are already planning to come back!

Everything was fantastic!! The entire premises is amazing and clean. The staff is pleasant and friendly. The entire town is quiet and welcoming. The folks take care of and respect the community. No trash can be seen anywhere on the street or properties. Magnificent!!

What a wonderful hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Right in the heart of main street and easy to walk anywhere. Loved it!

It was a great location and a good price. Comfortable too! We loved that coffee was available 24/7 On the 2nd night we were woken by the people upstairs at 2 am

Cute boutique hotel right in the center of town. Walkable to nearby trails and a short drive to Breckenridge. EV chargers conveniently located across the street. Pet friendly! Walls are very thin. We could hear every single word of the conversations that were going on next door. No elevator - my husband has mobility issues but still managed the one flight of stairs, so not a big deal for us. But others should be aware.

Great location, cute room with all the space we needed for two people. The bed. It was super soft and I like a hard bed. It also sagged to the middle.
