Great location. Neat and clean property.

The air-conditioning unit made a loud noise throughout each of the nights we were there

The pool and beach were great. The staff were helpful and very nice. The room was clean and house service did a great job. A couple of days they even setup my daughter’s Barbie’s in the bed. It’s more of a family resort, lots to do for the kids. For me that was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.

Nice pool and lazy river. Direct access to the beach. Breakfast and other food was delicious. I only wish there had been a better walkway to the Boardwalk or across the street.

Checking in was a horrible because we weren’t aware of the unknown fees that the hotel has vs what Expedia displaces during booking. The lights went out for a few hours on the first night. No power, no air. Connecting room had my kids bed on the floor. There was no base under the mattress to hold them up. Loud guests in the hallways at 12 am. The next night there was a kitchen fire at 11pm. Hotel had to evacuate. Other rooms may have made the stay better. We had an inland view right behind the AC that you heard kick on and off when the air was working.

We liked the included breakfast. Far too many kids for our liking.

The only thing I liked was the location Room lost power one night. Didn’t have ac so the room was really hot. Next night we were told to exit because of a fire. My vacation was very tiring.

The staff was really friendly and helpful and definitely the highlight. Activities were fun. Lots of construction directly in front we didn’t know about before. A lot was “down” at the hotel. It appeared to be the staff doing the best they could with old equipment. The hotel charged more than it was worth and seemed to cut corners. Add Florida “fees” and taxes, it wasn’t worth it.

The room was very small for the amount of money we had to pay to stay there.

Location and the staff very polite No activities on the pool in the afternoon and after 6pm it's a ghost town, no music, nothing, and the drinks on the tiki bar outside were watery

Cooley and robert in house keeping were wonderful, Joe at the lobby food/bar was great over all it was clean local to all needs and they were friendly/helpful.

Everything about this hotel was extremely great and will for sure book here in the future my family of 12 loves it there

Staff were friendly. We were placed in a handicap accessible room for 2 nights and the bed was terrible. On night 3 we were moved to a different room and it had great beds. Definitely wouldn't have paid $---+ for a terrible night of sleep.

Location and beach were perfect! Rooms were decent, comfortable beds. Breakfast was fine, but short on staff and out of clean plates 2 of the 3 mornings that we went to the buffet. Only 1 ice machine working while there. Both washing machines out of order and only 1 dryer that worked, that I could hear from my hotel room when running.

It had easy access to the beach. 1. Hotel was accommodating for kids but not adults(only had a bar inside-need more adult activities outside). 2. Paid to park in the hotel parking lot when you’re staying there, that’s ridiculous. 3. Bed sheets were extremely thin and smelled like cigarette smoke (I don’t smoke at all). 4. Storage for clothes was limited.

In need of a remodel
