Upon check-in, we were sent to the wrong room and walked in, and the guest’s items were still there, and it appeared that he /she was in the bathroom .

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful however I had to request for my room to be cleaned twice! The first time housekeeping totally skipped my room, even though the sign was on my door to have my room clean, and I requested with the front desk to have it cleaned. They still did not clean it upon seeing that my room was not clean. I had to go back to the front desk to request that it be recalled. The staff at the front desk made me aware that this had been an ongoing theme of the week that rooms were not being clean or being partially clean by the housekeeping staff. The front desk staff reassured me that my room would be clean that day however it was not. I went to the front desk the next day, requesting for a full clean on my room due to the fact, we had spilled red wine on the linen in the bed and needed to have clean linen changed upon returning to my room. The room appeared to have been cleaned however, when I pull the covers back on the bed, the stain sheets were still on the bed. I then reached out to housekeeping, was placed on hold, went down to the front desk and formally complaint the gentleman working the front desk, then told me to talk to the head of housekeeping who had already clocked out and was on her way out the door. I spoke with the head of housekeeping, and she herself took time after having clocked out for her day and came up to my room, saw what had been done and immediately addressed the issue.

The room was clean and cozy.

It was beautiful ! We booked a room with a balcony and the views were great staff were all very friendly and kind beds were extremely comfortable We were on the second floor and the room above us ran around their room all night slamming doors stumping their feet we had to call front desk 3 times to complain .

This was our second hotel and they exceeded our expectations! Everything was nice, clean, and comfortable! It was also wheelchair accessible and close to the convention center and beach! 10/10

I liked the location, the lady that checked us in was incredibly nice. Come to mention it, the entire staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable, very clean. Pricey. I would stay again. But it's just far more expensive than most. Price

Exceptional hotel. Clean room. Courteous staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice spacious rooms. Only problem i experienced was NOT with the actual room, it was with the booking through Expedia. Traveling with a family of 4, including a child so space was very valuable for a 2 night stay. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, a sofabed, and balcony. Room was confirmed by Expedia. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff kindly informed me that they did not have such room available that I booked. They offered me the option to take a room with a 1 bed, a sofa bed, and no balcony or cancel altogether. I opted to take the available room since it was a nice hotel and didn’t have time to find something else. To be fair, the hotel tried to contact me to tell me about the problem but I did not get the message until after I arrived. Needless to say, our sleeping arrangements and space was cramped. Not what we paid for. Asked about reimbursement but was told I would have to contact the third party. Contacted Expedia and spent more time than I anticipated trying to resolve the issue. All in all. Exceptional hotel. Disappointed in the booking experience through Expedia. Partially resolved.

Could not ask for a better experience and place to stay. Everything was perfect in every way. My only qualm was not having a balcony room that photos seem to show but there not actually being any.

Breakfast was good each morning with difference things each day. Rooms were clean. Staff was ok.

What I loved most were the pillows and the cleanliness. The breakfast could use a bit more variety—bacon was missing. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Oh, and you really need to install a detergent dispenser so guests can purchase detergent in the laundry room! The staff was excellent!! Just a few minor suggestions—nothing major—and a reminder for guests not to smoke, because the smoke from what they’re smoking drifts right into the room!

The staff was really nice and very helpful. The room was great, it felt very comfortable with a good flow.

The property was in a good location for many activities. The room was very nice and the view was gorgeous. The intention was to stay in a location while it was cold but still enjoy the hot tub. We were in between spots and the website here as well as the hotel site stated it had a hot tub, I didn’t. I had to spend another $30 per person which was 4 of us on a resort pass for a different location to use the hot tub like we planned.

It was a great experience there. We really enjoyed it.
