Newer place , breakfast was served early ! Nice location

I live eight hours away from this location and was traveling for a vacation. I called at least three times before the day of my scheduled date to see if I can check in earlier. I was told the first time to call back closer to the date. I called the day before to make sure that I can check in before the original chicken time which was 4 PM and was told yes. I got there about 2 AM. I basically was told that I couldn’t get in and because we were eight hours away and everywhere else was full me and my partner had to sleep in the parking lot in the car. The guy that was at the desk didn’t really show no sympathy. I told him I spoke with someone the day before and I showed him the call. He advised that that was at their phone number, so I called the number again in front of his face and their phone rang. I asked to speak with the manager, but of course I understood it was midnight so I had to wait till the next day. I woke up around 7 AM and the person at the front desk advised me that they would be able to check me in with a $255 fee which came out to $280 after taxes. But then he ended up taking $25 off.. I been asked him that next day after we had to pay the extra money when will the manager be in and he said in about an hour or so, but I did not see any type of manager. I was very very disappointed because I had to come out out of $220 just to check in early when I called the hotel more than once to confirm that . I will not be booking again.

The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and about a 5 min drive to the beach.

Room needs deep cleaning but overall a great stay

The trash in the lobby at checkout was overflowing with garbage.

The bathroom smells bad, root cause: The curtain, strong moldy smell. The breakfast is the lowest quality ever, you better get something at Panera Bread, Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks.

The room was clean but it had a weird scent. I should asked to be switched. Other than that it was clean.

We booked here for the laundry service and it was broke the whole week. We asked for refills on shampoo, conditioner and lotion and never got it.

My experience at the hotel was amazing. Great staff great food great scenery whenever I’m in the area again I will book with that motel again.

I loved everything about this hotel excellent stay!

Front desk was friendly and efficient. However,...Our room was small and in a corner by ice machine on 3rd floor. I came down right away and asked same person at front desk if I could see another room and she said all rooms are the same size. I knew that wasn't true by the pictures posted on internet but decided not to make it an issue. But must say, I was disappointed in her reply. The room was clean, compacted for a king room but knew would be in and out, so I decided to accept the smaller accommodation for our two-night stay. Everything went well with our stay and YES, I will return. Love the location, easy access to town and beach area.

Everything was clean & neat. The breakfast had eggs, biscuits, etc. not just a "continental" breakfast.

The beds are a little uncomfortable very hard. But overall good experience.

Overall experience was amazing and the price was economically feasible. Would stay at this hotel again.

Easy check in and check out. Staff was helpful and friendly
