La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Fort Walton Beach

Clean room. Staff was horrible, not welcoming. We had to ask for everything such as towels each day. Wife was hot, but not very becoming. The breakfast lady was rude yelling at one of the ladies in our party. Parking was great. Our Major suggestion would be to help the the staff to understand the importance of positive and helpful communication with customers. The only nice and polite person was the one lady that checked us out at the end of our stay.

Very clean and felt comfortable Couldn’t swim in pool until 10am

Everything was great. I wish there had been more hot breakfast options other than biscuits, sausage patties and the egg patties. Yes there was waffles but maybe bacon, gravy, scrambled eggs. Yogurt and fresh fruit would be great as well.

Clean room , really enjoyed our stay ! Would definitely book again .

Overall a decent stay.

The lady preparing the breakfast was very sweet. The room we got had stained dirty sheets on both beds, it was so humid & sticky in the room, when I requested a new room the lady at front desk seemed bothered even after I showed her pictures of stained sheets, we got into different room but the humidity was so disgusting even after the a/c cooled off room the carpet and the sheets felt wet and sticky. It made sleeping at night very uncomfortable feeling dirty. I will never again stay at this hotel

The location was close to the boat landing so it was a good spot and our second stay here.the breakfast was good. The toom was dirty and when we told them, they said there was nothing that could be done. Did not offer to change rooms. There was candy wrappers from previous people all in our room and clearly had not been dusted. The badeboards were an inch thick of dust. The shower curtains are molded.

The free breakfast? The room had a bad smell and rust in the lamps that had a nasty smell. Pillows went fluffy and the ac went out the last night and had to move rooms after midnight .

Multiple access doors and easy elevator access Housekeeping could have been much better bedsheets did not get changed a single time. Had to ask for towels at some point and also had to request that my floor be swept which is crazy considering it’s in Florida and there is sand everywhere.

Breakfast was terrible smelled funny inside the hotel only cool area was our room the rest of the hotel seemed as if the ac was off entirely

The property was convenient and answered all of my queries in a timely manner. The hallways had a strong Oder of smoke still lingering which you can tell was being masked by fragrance. I’m Not 100% certain what it was, but I woke up from one morning to the next with bite marks on my ankles, side, and back. I was extremely unsatisfied with the property. I asked my boyfriend to check if there were bed bugs but we did no physically see any. Please do your research before booking at this property.

The breakfast cook was awesome! Always on top of putting out fresh food. Timing on getting the biscuits nice and fluffy was impeccable day after day. Coffee was in the bathroom. Had to move the microwave because the cord didn’t reach the outlet.

The location was great! Still close to everything and the traffic wasn’t bad either! Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but it worked out ok. I had to ask for the new towels and trash to be removed each day.

Clean and quite

when we booked the room ,it says handicap accessible but it’s not,my husband is handicapped,the king bed was high,my husband was having difficulty getting on bed.i myself too isn’t comfortable.

It's an older property and you can tell once you take a closer look at everything. The staff was friendly and helpful. The WiFi was intermittent. The TV in the room was way too small to comfortably watch.
