Marina Bay Resort

Room space Pool closed , sauna not working , roaches in room. I didn’t sleep for two nights. Kitchen not equipped with can opener, pan for in oven.

The view and pets allowed. Not what it appears , on line report . no pool or spa available. No dining area or free breakfast, game room closed at 5 pm. Microwave dirty no staff at desk after 5p. I felt afraid due to deserted on one side of the property.

The location was very nice and close to everything. The room was clean , a little dated but still nice and the staff was very pleasant. The hot tub and pool was not usable due to maintenance or so they said and the mattress needs to be updated, was very uncomfortable. That being said it's a nice place and a decent value for the money just needs some updates and maybe better maintenance.

Location is great!!! I didn't like anything at the hotel.

I like the ocean view fact that it’s not really that noisy there wildlife birds I like to view on the second floor. There’s no elevator no one to help you with your luggage so if you’re on the second floor expect Using the stairs.

I like the location, the view, the quietness When we arrived we were charged an additional fee of 34$ which they called a reservation fee. We never were told at any point this would be required at the property. I had already paid booking.com the total price I am so upset that this still hasn't been resolved. I have never experienced anything like this which essentially is a scam and a ripoff. This should be illegal to do to people. I was so blown away by the fact they can just randomly charge you. This wasn't the deposit it was some random Reservation charge I didn't even reserve through them I used booking .com and have never had to pay additional fees to the property unless it was a parking fee. This needs to be looked I to and resolved immediately

The bed was very comfy and they had a charger for our Tesla, the view of the water The hot tub was only bath warm and the jets didn’t work, the pool was not clean, the bathroom sink drain was messed up, the water pressure and temp for the shower was terrible, the pillows were like paper thin, and they didn’t use a fitted sheet. The room had little dead bugs on the floor and there was dirt under the bathroom sink. The stove eyes had paint eye on them. And there is no staff in the office after 4:30!!!!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very polite, helpful and resolved any issues we had. The location is perfect for shopping, dining out, the beach and local attractions.

Really enjoyed my stay at Marina Bay Resort!!! Very affordable and family friendly!!! The rooms were clean, comfy and had a great view!! The location is awesome since its near everything and right on the water! I also loved how friendly the staff were and how hard they worked keeping the place tidy and making sure everyone had what they needed!!! Just cant say enough cant wait to stay at Marina Bay AGAIN & AGAIN!!!

love it here so nice and clean like a little tucked away paradise with the bay and boats in front the pool is huge and hot tub the game room such a little paradise

I like where it is at and the staff was very helpful on getting things for me. Air conditioner filter was dirty.

The room had electrical problems, dirty shower, dirty oven, outdated furniture, and the list goes on. The location is great and water views are breath taking!

I love the bay it was so nice sitting on the dock at night and the hot tub was nice! The staff and facilities were awesome and the bed was so comfy

Bed was nice. Extremely dated and dirty.

The beds were comfortable. Good price for what I got. There was no refrigerator or microwave. There was no other seating in the room, except the two beds. Housekeeping never came by the whole week that I was there. I took my own trash out.

The room was great. Bed was comfortable. Cold ac. The shower was hot and had excellent water pressure. The balcony facing the marina was nice and shaded. The staff were great.
