Great service all around

Very convenient to shops and eateries.

Hotel was great. Parking sucked

Room was very clean. Room was modern in appearance and spacious. The hotel is nicely located within downtown nightlife.

The choice of hard flooring over carpeting meant that the very clumsy guest dropping things for hours above us kept us up well past midnight. The coffee in the room and at breakfast was terrible. There was not a place to park in front of the hotel for check in so we had to park our large moving van and then walk to the hotel. It wasn't until check in that the staff alerted us to alternate parking locations than the $30/overnight garage. These details just made the stay less comfortable and satisfying than I would have expected from the Hyatt brand.

Almost everything There was a weird smell as soon as you exited the elevator.

The price was great, and room was modern, clean, and really comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. I stayed in three hotels during this trip, and this one was the best without doubt. I’m really picky about small details like how good are the shampoo and conditioner, and how easy are they to use, and are the corners or grout in the shower clean, are there convenient device charging options by the bed, and the Hyatt was flawless. If I had to find an issue, it would be that the tv wasn’t really a smart tv. It would have been a hassle to stream from my own accounts, and live tv wasn’t great. But that’s really stretching to find something to complain about when I can watch what I want on my laptop. Room service would have also been lovely, but the second floor bar and restaurant were great and easy to take to-go. Absolutely would stay again or recommend to friends and family.

Everything was great except the AC unit not working the first night which they fixed right away

The staff at this hotel was amazing. Great location too, close to a lot of places. Breakfast was good, but honestly the best part was how nice every single employee was. Made the whole stay so much better.

Excellent locations. Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view of the downtown from the pool. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to stay where you do not need a car to go around.

The breakfast was pretty bad and the breakfast staff was rude.

There is no garage parking available. You have to find it on the street. For a non busy weekend it’s great, but for game day weekend, this could be a problem
