The only difficulty was parking. Had to park away from property and when it rains it can be a bit of a hassle. Everything elsa was Great!!!

Room was clean and very accommodating. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! Kitchen staff super nice and cheerful group of people. Pool area was very nice. I would definitely change the pergola thing, fire pit was not working, and no pool towels in the am. We were there with a youth football team and as far as I know...Noone complained.

We love staying there whenever we do a long drive and Gainesville is on the way. The staff is always super nice, we love the location and how walkable it is. The rooms are nice and clean, love that there is no carpet in it. It could get loud at times, there’s a bar across the hotel for college students so… but they are nice enough to give you earplugs at night. Other than that super happy.
