AC Hotel by Marriott Gainesville Downtown

Check-in staff very friendly. Clean room, nice amenities. Refrigerator in room. Pool top roof deck is tiny. No bar up there. Valet parking is expensive, but it was nice to call ahead and have my car ready. Good value for money paid.

Convenient location near UF campus Hotel seemed very sterile. No frills, almost antiseptic. Parking kind of a pain./ Valet only however delivery of car when requested was fairly quick. Would not want to use valet when hotel is full.

The beds were so comfy and the ice was ice cold! I slept the best I’ve slept in months. Thank you!

Perfect place to stay while visiting the University of Florida! Great location! Perfectly situated in walking distance to restaurants, bars, and Starbucks. Hotel lobby has a delightful bar that served craft cocktails. Loved this hotel.

There was no breakfast offered at 7:30AM only coffee tea and apples

Hreat hotel, tight by uf campus

Our room was very run down...from scrapes on the walls, toilet was loose and wobbled when using. There was zero water pressure in the sink. The floors throughout the room were desperate for a good cleaning.

18 year old cannot check in but it doesn’t tell you that in the booking process. Door lock to pool rooftop was broken. Top floor smells like septic.

I liked the location and the staff and the gym and pool. Many things that didn’t work or were missing. No decaf coffee anywhere on premises. Not sure why but my room phone (landline) didn’t work, and wasn’t able to be fixed or replaced during my stay. The dehumidifier ran full volume and couldn’t be shut off or turned down without someone with a tool kit to help. Several outlets and lamps not functional in my room. Which was a nice room on 9th floor.

The pool terrace area was filthy . Dead plants everywhere , filthy floor , broken lights , doors and glass dirty

The hotel was very nice and I enjoyed my stay. There was no place to eat in the afternoon and the bar was closed also. There was nothing to do in the hotel.

Great location for us that had activities at UF. Great valet parking, great staff, value services and good breakfast. Definitely coming back
