This was a good place to stay. Very central to UF and resturants etc. The place was clean and staff was nice. Price was good as well. This was my second time staying here. My only complaint is the elevator area has an awful smell.

The location is great being right across the street from UF. Also, the pizza place next door to the hotel is amazing. Next chance we’re in Gainesville, we might search around for a newer, more modern place.

The rooms were clean. You could hear the elevator going up and down all times of the day and night which I didn’t care for.

The room was extremely clean and the ac was fixed immediately upon reporting that it wasn't cold enough. The breakfast was very good varied selection. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful very pleasant staff.. I will stay here again next time a perfect 10.

The room and bed were comfortable and quiet. The hotel is connected to Piasno's pizza for a late night dinner and the pizza was excellent!

I stayed at the Dury inn and the price and the Hotel was much better.

PERFECT location - close to everything including UF campus & downtown. Room was new & very clean . Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend !!

Only 2 breakfast tickets for family of 4! Very strange and no note. Not nice

We could not get the room to cool down to a reasonable level it was basically way to warm. The amenities were fine in the room. We were only there for one night and it was what we had expected.

Over all it was a good place to stay. The location for me was great. It's Across from UF and alot of resturants and grocery store and coffee shops etc all in walking distance. The only complaint I'd have is the elevator area aswell as the elevators themselves have a fowl odor. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was renovated and perfectly clean. The lobby has a strange and unpleasant odor that may have been coming from the attached restaurant.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was quiet and close to great restaurants and shops.

I highly recommend this place if you're planning to visit UF. It is very close to the UF business school and within walking distance of many restaurants and a Publix. The free parking for guests is a great bonus. The hotel has a gym, an outdoor ping-pong table, and a swimming pool, and offers breakfast at an affordable price. I plan to stay here again on my next trip.

The staff was superb! The lady at the front desk, Christen, was so lovely and made me feel so welcomed!! Overall, great place to stay for anything UF related as it's right next to campus!

Cleaning staff is amazing, and very helpful. Staff at front desk was not welcoming or helpful during the check-in process. Check-in is the front door of a hotels business and should be warm and welcoming.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and bright. Did not have time tonuse the pool but saw a number of people enjoying it.
