Hotel Eleo at the University of Florida

First time at this location. Chosen due to location to Shands for visiting family in cancer center. Valet staff were excellent. Check in was very accommodating offering a nice view. Room was spacious, very clean with comfortable beds. Housekeeping however didn't clean our room or remove trash during our stay. We had to ask for fresh towels. Valet even offered to transport us across parking lot on golf cart.They were polite, very helpful, & respectful. This property is reminiscent of Disney properties in quality & hospitality. I'm not a fan of Nesspresso coffee in room. There was not an option in lobby for reg coffee. I had to wait until getting to the hospital lobby for coffee each morning.

We had a wonderful visit.

Cleaning personal came all the way down to give us our missing items from the closet My room ( suite) need black out. Too many windows but no black out blinds. Lights came through everywhere. Pillows are too perm

Really nice place to stay if you are checking out the UF campus. Very clean, modern, comfortable hotel.

Second time we stayed there. Staff is great, valet guys are so friendly and easy to work with. Restaurant has good options and food. Location is convenient and ambience is great!

The staff was excellent starting with the valet to the front desk and the facilities man who delivered the microwave to our room. Fast, efficient and gave us a lower rate since our stay was due to medical issue. Will definitely stay again. Nothing

Excellent in every aspect

This hotel is very good. However, if you’re out of your room after 11 am, don’t expect them to clean it after that. I had to request service the fort day and they did. But the second day I didn’t even try. The room was clean and well kept but there wa some mold in the bathroom. The staff is very friendly including the valet. They have no self-park option.

Easy to get everywhere you need to on campus. Food was good and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Wonderful first stay! Staff was helpful and the room had a great layout. Room was very clean. Onsite restaurant was perfect for breakfast.

Valet did their thing. They were in point! Hotel is nice. We didn’t get to enjoy any amenities due to short stay but what we did experience was well worth the money!

Location and nice concept. Air condition fan would wake you up every time it turned on and it was so loud you couldn’t sleep with it on continuously. The restaurant should be on Kitchen nightmares with Gordon Ramsey.
