Clean room & air conditioning

Facility is a little dated, but it was clean and the staff was friendly.

I will never go back.

Close to the hospital Rooms were dirty. They could definitely use a deep clean

Nice older hotel, clean and comfortable and great staff. Walking distance to the stadium.

Passable

Bed was good. Room needs repair, painting, tub is damaged, tub taps do not turn off completely. Door lock and card system failed a number of times. Check in staff insisted on taking a photo copy of my drivers license. When I asked how it would be secured and why it was not digitally stored, I was told the hotel did not have a system for that. At checkout I saw that My personal id paper copy was kept on the counter in a carboard box. , unsecured and at risk of theft. This is a prime example of how identity theft can occur. At check out I requested the copy of my id back, the staff person refused initially but finally gave the copy to me when I stated that I had checked with booking. com and found no requirement for providing a paper copy of my drivers license.

Exceptional

We didn’t actually stay the night - I found a roach on the bathroom floor and we knew we would never be able to sleep in that room. The furniture was dirty, sheets had multiple stains. We just took our bags and left without even complaining or asking for our money back. I felt sick being in the room. People were smoking marijuana outside our room and it smelled making my kids to ask if there was a skunk. I’m embarrassed I even booked the room.

Here for Game Day af UF. Was happy to get 1 night- many hotels require 2 nights. Checked in at 3p, dying cockroach in the bathroom. A/c didn’t work(wall unit) , phone to Main Desk didn’t work. We went back to office and clerk said she forgot to turn on the a/c from there in the office! The king bed was comfy and linens smelled nice but tile floor was very dusty!.. I kept my socks on. Didn’t try the AM breakfast— got out!

The room was not well maintained, lamps very dirty , couch was ripped, everything looked old. We didn’t even stay , we left and found another place

A terrible property for the price.

This hotel is older and very worn. The rooms are okay but everything is old. AC unit kept shutting off for extended periods.

Rooms were dirty, refrigerator didn’t work and smelled horrible, curtains were tattered, AC didn’t work and room felt like a sauna, toilet didn’t flush, bathtub horribly chipped and it had roaches. Had to check out and find other lodgings. Worst experience of my life.
