All the staff are really nice .. it’s a great area for just a quick stay or even if you need a place to lay low and just relax from your family or home . The housekeeper didn’t service my room . She just put sheets on my bed . I left her a 20 dollars tip . And asked if she could sweep and take the trash out . She left the trash . And just she me sheets .

2. I asked if I could keep my required medicine lunch box in their fridge behind counter since they wouldn’t let me check in early and they said no. 3. the shower broke and wouldn’t turn off so maintenance came by and gave us a wrench. told us to keep it and just use it to turn it off. 4. our a/c did not work. We set it to the lowest and the ambient temp also showing on unit was 81.

The staff was nice. The building and rooms as a whole were horrible. Our room in particular, 111, was disgusting. We couldn’t even sleep there, we ended up turning in our keys at 1:30am and made the 2+ hour drive back to Tampa. There were bugs in the room, filthy fixtures, baseboards and floors. Where the floors and baseboards met looked to be full of mold. There was a “sitting chair” that was torn to bits. Slashes all throughout the fabric. The lamp shades had very strange stains on them and the room had a smell that I can’t describe but it was not a pleasant smell. The shower constantly dripped and we couldn’t get it to stop, we wouldn’t even use the shower. There was a cabinet in the bathroom that was filthy and very sticky. I feel bad saying all of this because the lady at the front desk, Erica, was nice but the hotel was so bad. I can’t believe that we paid $200 for that. At best it was maybe a $60/night hotel, I’m sure the prices were inflated because of the concert we were there for. This place needs a lot of help. Also, there was a child (wearing filthy clothes who desperately needed a bath) walking around trying to lure many different women (myself included) into the woods to “help him get a kitten” and then later saw him being escorted around the parking lot and building with an older gentleman that did not seem friendly. It was very unsettling. I wish I took photos of everything but we were so bothered we just wanted to get out of there.

The staff was great. The rooms were clean enough with an occasional roach. The pool was broken and I was there for over a week and they still did not have it fixed and open for use. I’m guessing it’s still not open.

It was good. It’s just an older place.

Had a cool fountain inside. Room was full of various bugs. Looked dirty. Roaches were crawling on the top of all the furniture and over the walls.
-
The staff was nice and friendly, but the rooms are in desperate need to renovation, especially the bathrooms. It smells bad and just not appealing. Did not use the pool, so I cannot comment on it.

Location was close the University of Florida Pool was closed.
-
Easy, really clean pool area

The staff was really nice, but staying here made me feel really poor. Upon driving up the half Days Inn sign and outside of the building..that was just an eyesore. There was no phone in our room. The lobby is just atrocious… due to the smell. The bedroom was very nice, but the bathrooms could use an update.
